The worst nights sleep I have ever had As a side sleeper and using your side sleeper pillow i lost count on how many times I woke up in pain so sorry but the pillow got thrown out of bed 🤯🤯

Good, trustworthy site
Good, easily navigated website. The price of the Dunlopillow was comparable with other sites and was available. Delivery took a little longer than anticipated, but I was kept fully informed of expected delivery date.

Delivery timescale
Placed order, assumption was that items in stock, ready for immediate despatch. Unfortunately had to chase a few days later, for an update on delivery. Items delivered a week later.
Would be helpful to have this information online.

Nice pillow - nice price
After searching for a particular pillow to replace an existing very comfortable one I found it at Pillow World. With a discount available on that day it made the purchase a price I wanted to pay. Checkout was easy. The delivery date acceptable - it came earlier and the updates received about despatch and delivery were helpful.

Only giving it 1 star cos no option for…
Only giving it 1 star cos no option for none! Ordered 2 dunilop pillows £150. Never arrived! Website then said new site coming soon! Reclaimed the money off my bank after only receiving automated emails, no response after contacting them 3 times.
Bank paid out because they pillow world failed. Crap customer service cos there wasnt any! Website down and rubbish.

Rejected dispute after not delivering order
Less than 1 star for not only not fulfilling my order in February, which I accept is an unfortunate financial issue, but for now declining my dispute such that I now have to spend more time providing evidence.

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! ordered in February and no pillow. Website is now saying ‘opening soon’ and phone line is just a recorded message. Used charge back from my bank to get my money back.

Disputing our money back
Ordered a pillow the beginning of Feb and it did not turn up. Emailed to ask about the order with no response and then went to the website which was closed. I found out they had closed the company- no communication with its customers. They recommended to refund through our card provider which we have done and Pillow World are now disputing the claim with our bank - awful company. First they give no communication they have gone out of business, then they advise how to get your money back and then they dispute you trying!!
