I joined this site about 6 weeks ago. They are terrible and after I read all these reviews I am deleting my account. They give you test surveys to qualify for paying surveys and when they send you a survey they will disqualify you after you spend 30 minutes or more taking it. Please share this with other survey participants so they don’t waste there time. After I read all these reviews they ought to be ashamed of themselves. There should be something done about sites like this taking advantage of people.

I was in Pinecone a few years ago. I didn't answer some surveys for a couple weeks and was INSTANTLY kicked out even though I was in it for years. I kept emailing and no one was getting back to me.

Years later, I entered again. It is now $1 per survey (even if the survey is really long) instead of $3 a survey. I'm gonna email them to quit. This is just disrespectful.

This website is a complete scam!! Do not trust Pinecone. They literally never respond to emails which is so frustrating. Their surveys also never work. They tell me to use my computer, even though they have an app... for iphones... yet it doesn't work. Anytime you open a survey it loads for 5 full minutes then says "thank you you don't qualify." how am I not qualified when I didnt even get to answer ONE question... it makes no sense. Plus the amount of times I have FULLY completed a survey then it crashes and no points are rewarded. You email them and guess what? NO REPLY! Terrible. Do not use

I've been a member of Pinecone Research for years and thought it was a decent survey site, but unfortunately things have changed and I can no longer recommend them. I almost never get invitations anymore, and when I do, it's even more rare for me to qualify. I could live with that, but they've changed how you can redeem. Cashing out used to be instant but no longer is. I would need to complete at least four surveys, so if I was able to complete a random survey sent my way, it would still probably take a very long time before I could cash in the money I had earned. Bottom line-- don't waste your time!

Been a member over 15 years. Payouts used to happen with ease and the surveys were fun. As of June 2024 the payout system is now rigged. You will now need to complete at least 4 surveys to be able to cash out. That on avg could take up to 6 months. Not worth it anymore and unsubscribed today. Don't sign up.

Pinecone was okay up until about 3 years ago. I used to get several surveys a month I "qualified" for, but now I get about 1 survey invite a week and I was NOT qualified for 2 out of 3 of them. And people still talking about the 3 dollar per survey completed? Who's getting that? I made 1 whole dollar for the 1 survey I was qualified for after getting back on the site. Not worth the time to make candybar money a month.

I was a participant of pine cone for six years. They will capriciously turn your account off, if they have no need for you and not inform you. The were many lost opportunities with pinecone. About half of their survey would spontaneously abort and the best they could do was "tough, better luck next time". The product testing had enough problems to be of concern, self aborting screening, damaged shipping, product not arriving enough to not be worth the total expended time and the same "tough for you" response. Once the pay for the product test declined to a few bucks, I nixed my account. I Don't miss the marginalization and low value yield doing their survey. They don't reward loyalty either.

I've been with Pinecone Research for over 1yr. I can't complain every survey you are compensated a standard amount of points that you can INSTANTLY CASH OUT AT $3.
Surveys aren't rapid but if you let them build up or not each survey 300 pts $3 same day cash out.

Meine persönliche Meinung:

Der Support ist katastrophal und ignorant.
Dieser Firma sende ich keine Daten mehr.

Mein aktivierter Gutschein war fehlerhaft.
2 Wochen hat Nielsen gebraucht, um mir meine Punkte wieder gutzuschreiben.

Ein Gutschein, der sich nicht einlösen lässt, verliert komplett an Wert.
Eine Firma, die 2 Wochen braucht, um richtig zu reagieren, verliert an Vertrauen.

Mein persönliches Fazit:
Solange alles läuft, ist alles ok. Aber wehe, man hat ein Anliegen, was das Büro von Nielsen lösen muss.
Weil, Hotline/Callcenter/Subunternehmen es nicht lösen kann/darf.

Wenn man Einkaufsdaten an Unternehmen übermittelt, dann sollte man einen guten support bekommen.

Die
Entlohnung ist der Ärger über den schlechten Service und Support nicht wert.

Übrigens hat Nielsen hier keine Option zum anklicken, dass die Bewertung direkt an das unternehmen gesendet wird.
Andere Firmen haben es.

Nielsen hat es nicht nötig.

Schlimmer geht immer.

Meine Frau hat sich die runtergeladen, und die App scheint einen Finanzschutzbrief mit allem möglichen bei der Würzburger Versicherung abgeschlossen zu haben. Hoffe da kommt nicht noch mehr

Nielsen Prämien nicht erhalten aber die Punkte dafür abgezogen. Support vertröstet nur. Hätte mir schon auffallen müssen, dass es nur virtuelle Gutscheine gibt und keine Sachprämien oder Geld wie bei anderen seriösen Unternehmen.
Ich ärgere mich mehr über mich selbst, soviel Zeit investiert zu haben.

reine Apzocke. Ihr erledigt die drecksarbeit ( weil aufwändig, einkaufen,Scannen, Preise eingeben) und Nielsen präsentiert den Auftraggebern die Ergebnisse und kassiert. Ihr geht dabei leer aus.

Al momento debo de decir que tienes que cargar miles de comprar para poder recibir algo. En mi hogar somos muchos por lo cual se compra y consume mucho y tienes que cargar estimo que unas miles de compras para obtener €15 en regalo. Por otro lado y tal y como muchos otros dicen, la app es lenta, demora mucho, resetea las cosas. Espero que sea útil y constructivo lo dicho

Impossible to claim rewards, every time I try i get error messages, wanting me to call and sort it, then reached out to them for help to be spoken to in an awful manner, so l stopped scanning until the issue was sorted, they were soon in the phone when l wasn’t putting in my weekly shops, when l tried to explain to them that there was an issue and told them while on the phone they accused me of doing it wrong, l think this company is a total scam and they won’t pay out any voucher at all, I’ve deleted the app and look forward to there response of my review, reading the other reviews it’s quite clear I’m not the only person with the same issues

Der Wandschutz sollte meine Tür schützen. Genau das Gegenteil ist passiert. Meine Türen sind jetzt stark beschädigt, nachdem ich den Schutz wieder abgezogen habe. Die komplette Wohnungstür muss ausgetauscht werden. Bei der Bitte mir wenigstens das Geld rück zu erstatten, erklärte mir die Geschäftsführerin Frau Nielsen:
„Unser Wandschutz hat nicht ihre Tür beschädigt. Ihre Farbe war nicht tragfähig, vermutlich schon vorher angelöst. Wir können niemals aus der Ferne sicherstellen, dass die Verklebung hält bzw. nicht mit ihrem Untergrund reagiert. Das ist ihre Aufgabe."
Da stellen sich mir als Verbraucherin viele Fragen. Wie kann denn Frau Nielsen aus der Ferne feststellen, ohne die Türe jemals aus der Nähe gesehen zu haben, dass diese nicht tragfähig und schon vorher angelöst war? Aus der Nähe kann ich versichern, dass die Farbe vorher noch nicht „angelöst" war, denn es war die Wohnzimmertür und hier in Düsseldorf herrscht auch kein subtropisches Klima. Somit habe ich als Verbraucherin alle Anforderungen, die Frau Nielsen aus der Ferne an mich stellt, erfüllt. Tatsächlich frage ich mich als Verbraucherin, was ist denn die Aufgabe von Frau Nielsen, wenn sie online, also wahrscheinlich meistens aus der Ferne, einen vermeintlichen Schutz von Türen verkauft? Ich denke, ihre Aufgabe wäre es, einen Wandschutz herzustellen, der sich wie versprochen, sich auch wieder problemlos ablösen lässt und nicht die gesamte Beschichtung der Tür mit abreißt.

Die Software/App funktioniert nicht. Die von denen gewünschten Daten benötigt man komischerweise für keine meiner anderen Apps. Deshalb habe ich sie kurz nach der Installation wieder deinstalliert. Währenddessen nervt mich NielsenIQ immer mal wieder mit Mails. Nun haben sie nach einer gewissen Zeit auch meine Mitgliedschaft gelöscht, obwohl ich nie registriert war. Vertrauenswürdig ist was anderes.

The company closed my account without a satisfactory explanation... I'm completely in the dark about their expectations. I was open to learn and improve the data input, but the company appeared to be adamant in their decision.

Impossible to claim rewards, each time I try i get error messages, wanting me to call and sort it, then reached out to the help desk only to be told that I don’t exist on their system! but if I pay to join it can be sorted. I’ve been scanning my shopping for almost a year, but now that I want to make a claim, its impossible.

Online scam scheme that gets people to do google reviews for 20 to 40 ZAR, they then ask you to invest a lump sum to receive commission but, in order to get your money back you must complete tasks that are impossible so in turn they keep your money.

Terrible they lie about your hours and payment I WOULD NEVER DO IT AGAIN NEVER 👎 WHOLE SCAM
