Their industry-tested experiences and anecdotes created an engaging and memorable group seminar that enabled me to identify my personal presenting strengths and weaknesses, and gave me a variety of new tools and methods to communicate effectively at work and in my personal life.

A well structured, great paced day of media training delivered by two passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable people in Colin and Maxine. Some great scenarios that both challenged and prepared the team for what we may one day have to face. We all took away some new skills and were able to sharpen a few older ones that we had in our arsenal. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who may need to work with journalists.

What made the experience great was the pre planning that Pink Elephant had put in place before we arrived. They asked the right questions to find out what the likely scenarios were that we might face and made us face them head on.
Then they walked us through radio and TV interviews and also writing press releases while avoiding 'pink elephants' in our language. The team at Pink Elephant were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a chilled, fun day, and I would highly recommend.

I work on an industrial site, handling calls from members of the local communities. I attended a training course facilitated by Pink Elephant to develop my communication skills for this task.
