John is a fantastic coach—relatable, highly experienced with global brands/public figures, and brilliant at challenging you to grow. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you’ll get so much out of this.

This course works, great practical & psychology based techniques to help build confidence & skills. I’m pleased to say i had no fear when doing a presentation after the course. In fact I actually enjoyed the experience. I no longer feel held back & am not wasting time worrying about upcoming presentations. Thank you John. Your course has made such a difference.

Just book it. If you have got to this stage then trust me, just book the course. John is great and the progression you feel yourself making throughout the day is incredible!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this day course to anyone who would like to gain confidence to speak in public. John provided a safety net which enabled me to gain insight into my inability to say yes when asked to gave a talk or make a speech at a family occasion.
I now know that my authentic self is enough and am no longer going to hide behind saying No.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was not how I imagined it to be. At first I was apprehensive about doing something like this however John created such a supportive space I felt held and safe throughout the experience. I think this is an excellent way to gain confidence in public speaking, sharing with others in a respectful and diplomatic approach to the public, and I look forward to more sessions.

I took this public speaking course because I knew my fear could end up holding me back in my career. Spending the whole day with John and the other students was honestly so valuable. We covered mindset, the importance of being consciously conscious, and did some exercises that were actually great fun. John has a brilliant way of making you realise you can do it – really reassuring. The mix of theory and practice was spot on. Would definitely recommend

I attended the course yesterday as I’d been having issues presenting items to an audience at work.
I was pretty nervous in the build up and there were definitely moments which made my fear bubble up, but John was really warm and supportive and in the end I was able to give a five a five minutes speech without an issues - I would not have believed it in the morning!!
The course is more than just “tips and tricks”, you get to understand the root cause of the anxiety and some really valuable lessons, not just for public speaking.
I would really recommend going, the hardest part is turning up in the morning - once you’re there John will take good care of you!

John was organised, informative and successfully created a non judgmental nurturing environment for the group, all of which felt extremely nervous. It was a valuable, fun and enjoyable day.

I was waiting on this course all of my life. When John explained the psychology behind the fear of public speaking, the penny finally dropped. He has a remarkable way of making it all sound simple. Well structured class with physical and vocal exercises and practical tips and tricks. I went home feeling at last ‘I’ve got this.’ Well worthwhile, I would recommend it to everyone.

John delivered a well structured and comprehensive course on both the skill and art of public speaking.
