They really are slow to processing withdrawal request and ID documentation. I have now been waiting for a week. EDIT Now after two weeks I'm still waiting. They do not accept my proof of address and does not answer my question what is the problem with my document.

Having the same issue as others. I have been using the for 10 years, they locked me out of my account after joining Ontario saying I'm not in Ontario. After I asked them to close my account and deposit funds into my account they went completely silent and now are not emailing any updates. They are exactly what others are saying - scammers. They will keep your money once you try to take it out. Don't use them!

All the people with your 1-2 star reviews: You should be ashamed of yourself. You give almost as bad rating to pinnacle as to craps like bet365 while pinnacle is miles better than any other bookmaker currently. They are have a lot of things to evolve in but these 1-2 star reviews are nothing more than pointless whining and far off from reality.

The 3x rollover rule does not just apply to bonus received it applies to ANY deposit . This condition is outlined in the deposit section not the withdrawl section . They will not automatically tell you what you CAN withdraw . Just that you cant . ANY OTHER WITHDRAWLS ARE AT THEIR DISCRETION !!.
Avoid like the plague. Rigged so that you will never receive a dime .

3x rollover on deposit is absurd. 10% fee on withdraw after 1x rollover AND 10% fee on any more than 1 withdraw in a calendar month. Imagine moving 5 figures out after your 1st withdraw, they charge you a cool grand to move 10k

I am relatively new as far as my tenure with this company, having said that I've been with many sportsbooks and Pinnacle has been great. Yes, could have chat features to speed things up, amongst other things, but, their email has been pretty responsive for me. My account is verified and haven't had issues withdrawing. There in play isn't bad either. Around $2500 has been my biggest withdrawal and it may have been the fastest payout I've had with a sportsbook. I don't want to judge too quick but A lot of terrible reviews, everybodies different I guess. But as someone who enjoys to play and appreciates a good sportsbook I'll give pinnacle a thumbs up. I'm writing from Ontario

This company gave us a quote and then went back on it, Gave a quote on 4 windows then said they did not mean for two of these particular windows at that price and wanted to charge more than the original quote was. Get your act together company and take responsibility for your salesman mistake!

Until now I had accounts with only 3 bookmakers:1xBet, bet365 and Pinnacle Sports.

1xBet is an absolute scam, I don't know how this can be called a "bookmaker" and how it's possible to still be in business. I was never been able to withdraw important amounts on money because they prevented me with all sorts of "verification" pretexts.
They have a lot of artificially inflated odds, meant only to attract new clients.

While b365 is very probably not a scam, they recently imposed me huge restrictions, especially ridiculously low betting limits, after winning around 3000$. But I never had difficulties withdrawing funds. They also have a lot (less than 1xBet) of artificial odds, meant to attract new clients.

Pinnacle Sports is the only one until now where I never had problems, even after winning and withdrawing around 15 000$, and where all odds are true odds, resulting only from betting activity, from customers demand.
It's the only one until now where I really have the feeling that they are not betting themselves and that you are not playing against them but against other players, as it is supposed to be (the bookmaker is supposed to be only an intermediary that is facilitating users to play against each other, by dynamically adjusting the odds based on betting activity on each event, to be able to make a profit themselves no matter the outcome of the event).

In my opinion, a lot of bookmakers have lots of artificial odds, meant to attract new customers and this is like they are betting themselves, instead of only dynamically adjusting the odds based on betting activity, in order to be sure not to lose money, no matter the outcome of the event.
And because they are practically betting themselves (indirectly, because they are inflating some odds artificially to attract new clients), when they realize they are losing money because of this (attracting new clients this way cost them money) they try to restrict some users or to prevent them from withdrawing.
It's not the case with Pinnacle because they seem to have a different philosophy, they are not betting themselves. They are practically like a betting exchange, you don't play against them because they simply don't play.
They don't seem interested on the fact that a user is generally winning or losing, they seem to be focused on how to adjust the odds in real time in such a manner that they make a profit no matter the outcome of the event.
There is no "cash back", no promotions, all odds seem to be true, like in a betting exchange, as it is at "betfair" for instance.
I don't even seen publicity for Pinnacle until now at sport events I usually follow on TV (especially soccer), while for 1xBet or bet365 I have seen plenty.

All the reviews on here are 100% accurate. They make it so difficult to withdraw. They apply a 3x rollover immediately upon deposit, which makes no sense. Then if you don't meet the 3x, they charge a 10% withdraw processing fee after 1x rollover.

There's sports betting sites that offer match bonus deposits with 3x rollover requirements.

Betting was fun until I decided to withdraw. It was a painstaking three-week process with various documents asked (bank statement etc). The instructions to submit these documents were partly outdated and confusing, and my withdrawal was cancelled a couple of times without an apparent reason. It seems like they want the customer to give up the process.

It should be noted that Pinnacle has pretty high odds, but this is shadowed by the three-times deposit rollover requirement. Their website is also a bit clunky to use (tiny font, sign-in problems and slow response times in some functions).
