They are fine with most of stuff, but recently had a bet that Cilic is going to win Wimbledon(and Djokovic must play), later on he got covid and never attended the event. My bet was graded lost because Djokovic played.

Putting that condition in the bet is lame for serious betting company in the first place, but grading my bet lost if only event I bet on didn't occur is hypocritical.

Anyway they pointed me to the rule:
"Multi-way betting is "ALL-IN": bets always have action unless a stipulation is added to the market that a certain competitor must start for action. "

English is not my first language, but I'm not sure they even interpreted they own rule right.

Never going to use website again.

This company deliberty waits for you win money and want to cash out before they request all kind of documents from you. A real bettingside does all the work before so when you play and want to cash out everything is sorted. This company probably does this so they get the money from the losers and make it extra hard for the winners to cash out.

EDIT: even the support is deliberty slow, no live support, no phonenummer. And when they denied you no explaination or follow up email, you have to follow it up.

Really crap company, i won 6k$ by matchbetting and all of a sudden when i tried to cashout they had locked my account and they needed PDF files of my bank statements for me to cashout. I tried to cooperate with them but after 6 months i ended up just gambling the 6k away...

I’m not sure why so many bad reviews I have been with pinnacle over 10 years I have never had any problems that where not taken care of fast I have had some big payouts and they have always been processed super fast with in minutes some times money in my account by etransfer Same day even when I cashed our 50000 in 2012 Money was in my account in 2 days by wire transfer

Will cancel your bet if the odds fall. If you make a smart bet and the odds fall, they will just refund your bet making it impossible to make money on the site. Avoid. Stick to bet365, they are a bit better.

Horrible site and owners. Requires you to win x3 your deposit to be able to even withdraw - as if you use some kind of bonus on a slots casino. Accidental double deposit because there's no signs of your deposit going through - especially after you get logged out during your deposit. Their "support" doesn't even exist, they only have e-mail "support" but you won't get any replies, at all.

Been waiting 2 months to get my money on a winning bet. The support just tells me to wait. Never using this crap again.

Worst online betting site ever. Customer support is terrible, the website and way they do betting is awful. They make it extremely difficult to verify your account, so you can deposit an infinite amount but can withdraw anything until your account is verified. Also if you are going to use this site never claim a bonus, I claimed a 25 dollar bonus and had to gamble over $1000 just to withdraw earnings that I never even won from the bonus. Such a joke.

Their staff copy paste answers they even don't read ur msg. I m from Ukraine they are asking me to provide proofs of my address. Before I deposit i asked them many times to verify my account which they didn't accept so I deposited 100 usd and now i have to verify my account. tried but they didn't accept for some reason I didn't understand bcz they copy paste the same answer. So i asked for a withdrawal of my deposit to the same card which I used to deposit my 100 usd and they refused asking me for papers. I AM IN UKRAINE AND I CANNOT GET OUT OF MY HOUSE TO BRING FOOD!!!! So my 100 usd is till there and they are refusing to pay. stay away they are scammers. Just ask urself why they don't let u verify ur account before u deposit???? Legit criminals and thiefs

Incompetent support team, I use pinnacle as well as other well known betting sites.

Pinnacle support staff will not let me make a cashout for 5k because they are incompetent. Saying I used a dep method from 4 months ago, but I have already fulfilled my deposit back to that method and it is their company site that wont allow the cashout using that method.

Support staff copy and paste a template and when I give them evidence their site is not allowing it because I DID NOT DEPOSIT USING THAT METHOD FOR over 4 months, they finally reply with another template saying they will investigate why.

Would not recommend. Had this problem before but got resolved, but this is the 7th time they pulling the same s*** on me. I'm closing account after this

I normally like to verify my accounts before i deposit money start betting. In this company after I asked them 2 times via emails (because they don't have live chat and I think I understand why) where to send the documents for verification they told me 2 times via email that at this moment no documents are required from me. I knew they will ask me after I deposit and they did. I heard good stuff about pinnacle so I wasn t afraid. I made a mistake. After depositing they quickly asked me for documents and they closed my account and suspended my betting. So i thought maybe because I must to verify it first so I sent my docs. I got an email confirming my id but didn t accept my address proof which is a government paper translated and notarized before 1 week. So i sent them tons of proofs and for a month now battling to take back my deposit which I cannot before verifiying my account. I just want to take back my deposit and they stole it. Bunch of scammers. No need to prove nothing before depositing and after depositing they blow ur mind with papers and rejecting papers for no reason.

If your account has more then 10K in it they will lock you out and demand KYC Source of Declaration forms and proof of income. Even when you provide them everything they will not respond to you. Been weeks since they sent me an email and after providing everything they will not unblock account, no replies to emails, no communication. Forced to involve the IGaming Ontario Regulatory board including the Police.

I registered many years ago. I had not any problem with them, but last year they asked to proove "source of funds". I'm (was) a gambler/arber so I proved them screenshots about big winnings, but of course it was not enough. Then I show everything what I could to proove that I'm an arber. Even they asked the last three month statements of my Skrill! For weeks nothing happened, of course the withdrawal option was disabled. Finally : they let me withdraw but my account has been closed because I failured to show the source of funds (LOL). And one very interesting thing : my Skrill account also has been closed this time! I find it very strange! I'm sure pinnacle sent some message to skrill then they closed my account.

Rigged CASINO, to try to take away your sports winnings. Stick to sports betting ONLY on this platform. Not fun, just lame and rigged to steal your money. Bet sports ONLY.

This lowly filthy scam company literally messed up their timers on a live bet, marking it nearly at the end of a half, when the match was actually at the 10-15 minutes mark and paused. They proceeded to take accept a huge wager of mine with under, I thought the match was ending in minutes when it went on for over an hour (including the pause time). When I sent a ticket/email regarding this incident for a refund, they literally told me there's no time marked on the bet slip thus my claim is invalid. I sent them screenshots with the first half going well over 80 minutes, showing clear errors on their behalf. Guess what? They don't care less, counted the wager of course. Never use them and especially for not for live wagers. Literally day light robbery.

Strange to see so many bad reviews. I deposited money last night. Submitted the required documents which is standard for all online casinos. My withdrawal was processed and sent to my account the next morning. I have never seen such a fast cashout. Thank you for the excellent service.

This sports book is total garbage when it comes to live betting. Their slow live betting odds are always messed up during a busy weekend afternoon. So horrendous how they operate the way they fuxxing do!!! This is joke. I’m fucxing done with this book man.

Много раз делал депозит и ни одной ставки я не выиграл , решил вывести остаток 500$ - не выводили "Вы не совершили 3 ставки на этот депозит" - в условиях указано что если вы не выполняете этот пункт БК снимает 10% или 25$ , я им отписал что согласен с этим условием в ответ услышал только то что мы ответим как только нам ответят из раздела вывода средств. Прошло 5 дней ни слуху ни духу , написал в Twitter ответили сразу, а после того как узнали кто пишет, пропали... Совпадение? Больше 10-и писем и ни одного ответного . Я никому не советую работать с этой псевдо-конторой и уж тем более не советую ставить ставки, даже если вы в плюсе, они сделают так что бы вы были в огромном минусе. Все скриншоты могу предоставить в телеграмме - @SergeyEssenin. Я очень хочу что бы ты прочитал этот отзыв прежде чем делать депозит в этот псевдо-сервис. А если ты уже там не заводи деньги ни в коем случае, рано или поздно тебе это откликнется . Лучше выведи свои деньги. И посмотри на результат.

I have made many deposits, I have not won a single bet, I decided to withdraw the balance of $500 - did not withdraw "You have not made 3 bets on this deposit" - the terms and conditions stated that if you do not perform this point BC withdraw 10% or $25, I wrote them that I agree with this condition in response only heard that we will reply as soon as we answer from the withdrawal section. I had no news for 5 days, I wrote them on Twitter, they answered right away, but when they found out who wrote, they disappeared... Just a coincidence? More than 10 letters and no reply. I would not advise anyone to work with this piece of shit company and I would not bet even if you are in the black, they will make you a huge loss. I hope you will read this review before you make a deposit to this shitty service. It's better to withdraw your money. And look at the result.
