At this "lovely" company it's not enough to verify your identity and address, they demand to see your bank statements as well.
In fact, even that it's not enough. They demand that you share your entire financial situation with them. Otherwise they will not pay out your money...

What person with selfrespect and integrity wants to share his entire financial situation with a lousy bookmaker???

So please people, unless you love to humiliate yourself please don't ever open an account with this outrageous company.
And if you allready are customer, make a withdrawel as soon as possible and never play there again...

Pinnacle is a bunch of thieves. Took my deposit and my winnings. If you are in a winning position , they will not let you withdraw it by holding your verification process till you lose everything.
Customer support is a joke with automated replies. It is like talking to a tree. Had to let go usd1000+ to these online thieves.

My account has been disabled without any reason. The customer service is inexistent. No response since friday. I hope i can get my money out or unblock my account. Many people told me Pinnacle was a good bookmaker but with this, i think they are like others, thieves ...

I have been a customer of Pinnacle sportsbook for many years. Without warning or explanation, Pinnacle has "disabled" my betting account. They have also blocked all withdrawals. I have sent MANY emails to them, and they have yet to respond. And they do not provide a phone number to call.

So essentially, they have taken my money and will not let me bet with it or let me take it out of my account. And they will not tell me why.

Pinnacle is supposed to be one of the most reputable sportsbooks, so I am really hoping this is some big misunderstanding. If so, I will follow-up on my review. But at the moment I am mad as hell.

They disabled my account without informing me or giving me a reason.
I didn't do anything wrong to be clear.
CS is useless, they only answer in copy/paste modus.

They had a good reputation, seems like it really going downhill.

Update: to be fair withdrawal went quick and easy. But still zero information on why they suspended my account.

I am gutted I can`t give them 0 stars. They closed my account saying I don't have the right to an account and never sent me the 25 I deposited. After enquiring about it, they said I didn't withdraw it in time! The acc was suspended/ closed, how could I have withdrawn that money? what a joke of a company. Wish I could attach a picture of the email I was sent! Pathetic

This site has tremendous rigged casino games,They say that they base their operation on volume and have high limits but i do not think so,They also pretend that they are one of the few that do not limit but i doubt that.They have turned to a soft bookmaker,they use this tricks that they accept your live bet just in case when there is an action against your pick not viceversa,their traders turn off the live betting even when the ball is in meadfield. They will ask to re verify your account when is already verified,just to stall the payments,they have no problem if you here 100k they will take it of course but they will ask for proof of income in case you win,they use this tactic to delay or even not pay you.They also charge for withdrawls,They give no bonus or have any loyality program even if you lose 50k here,sign of them that they are very greedy.They have no live chat or telephone support line even the most scam bookmaker have chat nowdays sign that they do not care about their customers but just care about their money.They force you to rollover your deposit 3x or get charged 10%if you ask for an withdrawl ,they shouldnt force their customer to gamble more if they do not want to.Or meybe they know that more they gamble more chances they have to lose??They are better than majority of gambling sites but they also have their weak points,Its not the old pinnacle anymore,i do not know what happened,meybe they wanted to increase the profits,but for sure it will backfire them,there are thousands of betting sites nowdays,they are eager to take pinnacle place,its a very profitable buissnes,house always wins at the end.

When I joined Pinnacle, it was because I was impressionable of their business. I heard a few rave reviews and even seen a commercial advertised on television. I thought here was a sportsbook I could participate on. Dead wrong!

You ever feel like you're playing a neverending tactical game where it's one hurdle after the next thrown at you to jump over? That's Pinnacle in a nutshell. I don't think they'd know the meaning of fairness if they did a Google search or how to verify accounts efficiently, much less how to send payments successfully which they seem to have great degrees of difficulty with, but not with allowing transactions from your card.

I've gone through the run around ID and card verification process over and over and over: "The copy of your passport is not good enough quality, try again", "your name isn't on the front of your bank card, we can't approve it."

They put me through all the sketchy stuff that makes me think of ID theft and which which took weeks. Now after all of that, I'm here trying to gain access to funds owed to me.

I requested my funds to be sent via etransfer. It was sent but here's how Pinnacle did me dirty. They sent the money with a fake pass code! I kid you not, I even have the proof snapped from my other phone. After contacting Interac and my bank and several emails later all to no avail because Pinnacle went absolutely ghost, I'm here realizing the scam I apparently signed up to.

This is a nasty, shady company. It's clear that with no live chat support and their tactics in delaying or avoiding payment that Pinnacle is only out for their pockets. It's very disappointing and I just want to warn others before they dare think of considering them. Don't!

Edit: Pinnacle has finally paid me. I am thankful to have been verified and paid. I still think for new users this site is next to playing with fire in a place soaked in gasoline.

have an account from over 15 years,waiting for a neteller withdrawl from over 9 days.they keep saying is under general review,but i only played casino live.customer service gives copy and paste replies only.its over a year they keep you waiting your withdrawl several days,while in the past it was only few hours.but 10 days its ridiculous

I recently activated accounts on several websites, of course, to get the best odds and games available. I submitted my passport, utility bills, and other docs to verifify whom i was. All websites within 2 days accepted and verified my identity, except Pinnacle. It was extremely difficult to submit other docs, and the live chat people only had canned responses. I asked - what was wrong with my water bill as evidence of address? 4 other sites accepted it, but pinnacle rejected. As well, I was irritated with the prompt whenever I accessed the website "please deposit money" that popped up every time. This made me very uneasy about the website, and pressured that they were only interested in geetting you to depost $$$. In the end, I was so uncomfortable, I deactivated the account before placing any bets.

First of all, I must say that I register this website because I thought they are the best. Unfortunately they blocked my account and take my money without reason. They asked address verification. I sent EVERY kind of documents that I want from me. They never accept my address document. Each month they cut some amount of money from my account. I sent bills that says clearly where I live. I sent even document from municipality that says where I live with stamp etc.

So as a summary, It was frustrating exprience for me. I feel really lucky that they kept small amount of my money. I fed up their copy paste answers. They dont even explain any reason. This company is biggest JOKE for me ever.

Edit: I wanted to close my account instead of trying to verify it. They finally let me withdraw my money to my neteller account. This story is still same for me. I really do not recomemmend them.

After spending a large amount of money on 10 banners from this corrupt company I would like to say please don't disregard this review and question the other reviews are legitimate? Poor quality printed in Pakistan on third world printing machines? Very very poor quality ,ineptitude and corrupt? Avoide like covid

They are scammers. Stay away. If your balance get bigger than your initial deposit they block your withdrawal ability. STAY AWAY. BE CAREFUL. They only receive money. They do not pay.

They just upgraded their mobile app (so they said) and now I cannot deposit a check. App keeps logging me out before the process is complete. I quit trying after 30 min. Never had a problem with the old app. So much for progress

Trying to verify my cards to make my withdrawals for weeks. All my cards are virtual, and they insist to ask front and back of card. I send print screen of statment of charges from pinnacle of the card and them still dont verify my cards. I think they are FORCING ME to not withdraw. All funds from cards was already 0, ALL CARDS ARE IN MY NAME AND CPF, I SENT ALL I CAN FROM MY BANK AND CARDS, THEY STILL DON'T WANT TO VERIFY.

Great betting site until you are winning...
Great odds, easy and enjoyebale live betting. But when you want to withdraw, they require lot information wich first seems to be fine. But they keep declineing over and over again. This was going for like a week or so. Then they finnaly accepted my stuff, up to the verification tab. But i still cant withdraw. The support is useless af, they dont even answer on every ticket you write them. And just giving you the same copypasta answer all the time rather than helping. If you want to bet with some fairness dont sign up here.

Hello. I using pinnacle for almost 10 years. No disapointing. Allways fast and legit withdrawals, super odds for sports, big stakes for betting. I mean is perfect. + it let you do arbitrage. ( was doing it for 3-4 years) You can trust this booker 100% and dont read bad comments, its fake.

The is a scam, brush is not hot, refused a refund, poor service from this company.
