First they make me send millions of documents. Then they tell me I can withdraw in BTC, now there is no option. Plus they keep delaying.

If you win more than what you deposit they block your account.
Live lines disappear suddenly and many time while you bet live the line changes and the wager is accepted only if its not in your favor.
Customer service always answer with the same sentence mindless.

The worst management company I have ever seen in my entire life ,employees are rude ,they don't listen every management company giving relaxation in disasters ,they say we can not do anything in covid the whole world is helping each other but this pinnacle management started taking 16 dollars extra every month for the every after every 2 months 5 to 15 dollars increase in the gross rent ,i wish my lease will finish soon ,Paige and one more lady at the office they have to much attitude ,for what I don't know ,pinnacle put money on exterior rather than interior everything is rusted in restroom tabs are rusted marble slabs are getting cracked ,step down from the stairs you will see dog Poo every were it smells to much ,sprinkles works in the opposite direction,thrash area and thrash service they charge every month already increased 2 dollars but there is 2 big thrash dumbster in apartment complex every time full and even falling down from the dumbster to ,parking is always full ,entrance and exit gates broken after every 3 days .I wish I can tell the owner of this company it's better to close your company ,when ever you say something they saay it's better not to take the apartment where pinnacle managment is managing the Apartment complex ,

High limits, high odds, bla bla.... If you are betting NBA, NHL, NFL, then it's probably good. If not.... Missing events, markets, delaying updates, markets are closed 50% of the time in-play. Intentionally delayed bets with 15-20 seconds and ACCEPTS them if it goes against your team at the time of processing. Customer service is just wasting time and never helpful in case of problem. Nothing left from Pinnacle from the past. Verification takes more than a week, always see problem problems when they don't exist.
Nothing more than the average soft bookmaker with much less markets and events.

Начитался я вот таких (хороших) отзывов о Pinnacle решил зарегистрироватся, верификации кое-как прошёл, а вот счёт заполнить с карты VISA мне не дали, многократно пополнение отклоняли, пэйпал у них нет... зато только ненадёжные платёжные системы у них есть много, а они мне во первых не доступны, да и не верю в них, что потом выведу деньги на карту visa, это моё мнение. Предложили мне ещё как вариант пополнить через прокси спец ссылка но на том сайте вводить данные карты опасно, замочка нет в окне браузера, хотели ещё и мою банк карту почистить, в общем эти все (хорошие) отзывы о Pinnacle или были раньше, а сейчас фальш и неправда, не связывайтесь с этими
кидалово. И в большинстве все конторы так - проигрываешь, всё гладко, начал немного выигрывать создадут тебе проблемы вплоть до блокировки счёта или даже аккаунта.

Verifying source of fund with pinnacle is a total waste of time. Over 2weeks, they cant verify documents they requested for. What do your customer service do all week?

I have been using it successfully for over 3 years until they restricted some EU countries. They never block Your account when you are a winner. After I change the country, I will use them again. Do You know how You recognize a real broker ? They don´t offer free bonuses.

My account was blocked and I needed to reverify myself. 18 emails later, same polite, but repeated requests for this . Never the same person twice. After reading these reviews, I should double down on my patience on trying to get my money out of these guys. 10 years, no problem, now this. Sad they driving customers away like this. Please heed this warning, it is awful customer service.

I transferred $3000 to the site. Right away I noticed they removed certain types of betting options from me after my first few wins.

I kept making bets, some I won some I lost. I got my account from $3000 to $7000 and figured I would make a withdraw. I find that certain sites out there trying to make it difficult to withdraw money, that way your money never leaves their site.

Pinnacle does exactly that! In order to withdraw all my funds they told me I need to roll over the $3000 3X. That I had to make another $4000 in bets before I could withdraw otherwise I need to pay them 10%.
I was really shocked considering I didn't take any bonus or promotion money.

It's really unsettling that it's so easy to transfer money onto a site and lose it, but that they make you jump through hoops to withdraw money.

Another thing to mention is that they only communicate through email. You cant call them or chat online.

I really advise anyone looking to withdraw money off a betting site to really consider the odds. I got lucky and won. Most people betting 3 times their deposit amount are sure to end up losing in the long run.

I haven't received any of my money yet. Looking forward to getting it off the site and will most likly need to pay them $400 just to do that smh.

I have requested an account closure and withdrawal to my bank account or to my credit card which I've used to deposit on my pinnacle account, because I've moved to Germany and they don't accept users from this country.

First they asked me about a bank account cause withdrawal via credit card is for the moment suspended on their site and they apologize for that. I've provided them a Revolut bank account but they declined because the bank account country is different for my residence country. I've told them that I have no bank account in my old country, which is also registered in the pinnacle account because I've moved away from there and it's no reason to keep a bank account there.

Instead of helping me with that, I was asked to provide them again documents for verification, for the third time since I have created my account. The first 2 times I have passed the verification and now they ask me again to re-re-verify the account, which is annoying. I have provided them the documents again and a selfie this time, plus an invoice with my new address, because of new residence and it was declined. I really don't understand what is the problem, why are they keep rejecting my documents. I got a standard email, which means nothing, only that my documents were declined, but without pointing out the exactly reason for that. I can't contact them via chat and their support per mail is inexistent.

That's only because I want to close my account and withdraw my funds and it's only 600€.

You had better throw your money into a river than making a deposit with Pinnacle, it's a scam. You start winning, they will freeze your account and you can't withdraw even a penny.

Они не следуют слепо регламенту и не отвечают сухими протокольными фразами, а напротив, подробно отвечают на все вопросы индивидуально, рассказывая даже то, что не обязаны. Это приятно. "Ответ вам был предоставлен выше" - это не про Pinnacle. Из минусов могу сказать то, что на русском языке ответа бывает приходится ждать долго. Видимо, русскоязычных сотрудников не хватает. Также из минусов то, что лишь один бесплатный вывод в календарный месяц.
