Scammers - I live in Maryland... the watch band was supposedly delivered.. but the tracking info goes to an "Agent" in North Carolina.. I've heard about this type of scam. They ship some small trinket to collect record that something was delivered. But you never get your item. So pissed and am disputing the payment with Paypal, which is still ongoing. it's been over a month since they said it was delivered.

SCAM!!!!! I shoulda checked here first, am out $50 for some Apple Watch cases I bought that were supposedly delivered but actually weren’t. Don’t buy!!!

I bought a $199.00 watch band that I never received, they will not respond back to me .i feel I been scammed big time. SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam. Ordered a watch band on 1/27/25. It’s supposedly been heading to be shipped since 2/11/25 and it’s 10 days and still not there. Return policy is 30 days within purchase date. Haha! I have asked for a refund twice when they emailed and said it was no longer in stock.

iPhone case received is not as pictured. It’s a cheap Chinese Temu or Alibabba piece of junk that probably cost 50 cents at best. Took a month to receive and had a shipping label in English stuck over one in Chinese. Phone case has zero protection. Top, bottom and button areas on both sides are cut out and there are only 4 corners to secure the case onto phone. Leather edge on front corners is sharp from being cut and is finished off with some kind of leather paint. I’m glad I didn’t purchase something expensive from Pinnacle Luxuries. If you do, you will receive a cheap knock-off of what is displayed on their rather professional looking website. Do a “Pinnacle Luxuries Legit” search like I should have before purchasing. Their return policy is that anything discounted will be refunded as store credit. It’s not worth my time. Life is too short, but God is good! Bullstrap, although much more expensive, is way legit and you get what you pay for there, including a great warranty that is hassle free. Don’t take the cheap route like I did. If you have very minimal expectations and love disappointment, deception, and wasting time and money, Pinnacle Luxuries will meet and possibly even surpass all your expectations. They may even earn the entire one star review. God bless.

Ordered a case for my Apple Watch series 10 and never received it. Contacted the company with absolutely no response. This place is a SCAM do not order from them!!

SCAM. Not good quality, Impossible to return. No response from company.

They are a Chinese crap company. They claim to be a small American business. If you have to return your item They only give you store credit and you wait for weeks for an item to arrive. You have to send your item back to China. You pay!!

I ordered a case for my fold. The case did not fit properly. I tried to contact the company, but they conveniently waited until my thirty date.Return policy had ended to even respond to me. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

Ordered what should be a high end titanium case . When recieved it it is nothing but cheap chineese rubbish with sharp ends will never wear this with my watch . Customer service is shoddy to say the least they have not responded to my complaint but they keep sending me products to purchase . Next step is my bank to start a claim back . Do not buy from these people you be better buying from Ali express at least you know your buying cheap products and not buying pretend luxuries. Would have given a quarter star but can only give at least one

I just want to truly thank the people that took the time to write these reviews. I just discovered their site and had a phone case in my cart, but emailed them questions first. Then I came here. Thank you for saving my hard earned money. I'm sorry for each of your horrible experiences, and grateful you are kind enough to post about them. Thank you Trustpilot and reviewers! Now off to research more cases...If allowed here, and anyone has recommendations for a great case I'd love suggestions.

Did not receive what I ordered. Receive two half cases instead. I will be contacting them, but it appears it won't be resolved as I can see here other claims. Very expensive mistake.

Ghosting perfected. I ordered a RED metal watch band and the one I received was silver. I sent Pinnacle Luxuries a return request immediately after opening the box. They said they would let me know in 30 days if A RETURN WOULD BE AUTHORIZED. Then, at MY COST I would return it to them. I immediately contacted my credit card company to open a dispute. That was over a month ago and they still haven’t responded. Best of luck if you’re still interested in their junk, use a major credit card and understand that even when they send the wrong item, returns are your responsibility and… impossible. ✌️

1- My order was supposed to arrive between 9-19 Oct, and just arrived Nov 4th. Customer service is terrible, never gave me an answer or replied to me.

2- For the price that I paid, I expected more quality in the product, I'm just saying that for the price and the description, I was expecting much more.

I just received my order for a Magnetic Silicone Band for Apple Watch Ultra 1/2 (49mm). I have several watch bands, and yours is the best. Looks great, easy to put on, and fairly priced.

Additionally, you delivered when you said you would and, in the interim, kept me accurately informed. I appreciate that!

I have purchased 2 bands from Pinnacle over the last 3 years and love them both. The second band I ordered arrived with some damage and they sent me a replacement immediately at no charge.

Received a total different item. They ignored my substitution or refund request. They advertise premium items and then send you cheap garbage from China. I should have read all these bad reviews before buying. Don't buy, it's a scam.
