Worst phone case ever!!! Go to the dollar store or order off of wish!!!!- it will last longer!! I had the case for one week, condensation(water) got under the cover at least 5 times- you have to remove 6 screws to open cover and dry off my phone. My charger port cover came off the first time I applied the case. Within 2 days the paint had peeled off the case & The speaker protectors were scracthing my phone. On day 3, the phoney baloney screen protector ( that you literally have to thunder punch to use you phone) shattered without being dropped or otherwise... WORST COMPANY EVER. SO VERY ANNOYED THAT FRAUDS CAN ADVERTISE GOOD PRODUCTS TO RIP PEOPLE OFF, SENDING THEM GARBAGE... UNLESS PINNACLE LUXURIES WANTS TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THESE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE- ALL I HAVE IS FREETIME SO......

I’ve ordered a $25.00 transparent case for my iWatcH ultra but they sent me black instead. Tried to reach out tru Email and txt for an exchange but no reply until now. I should have read the reviews before the purchase. Disappointed!

I ordered a S23 Ultra case. They sent me the S23 case instead. I have reached out to them and no response. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered an Ipad case and they sent me a cheaper crappy case, not the one I ordered.
I sent 4 emails to there customer service and they never replied.
They are total scammers.
Do not buy from them.

Item did not arrive, supplied tracking number was incorrect, they would not respond to my questions about that. Thankfully PayPal refunded my money.

I purchased a "leather" case for my phone. When it arrived it was clear I was duped. Just a plastic case with a leather pattern (texture).
I attempted to contact customer support but received no reply. Fraudsters!
**Update** - I've received a notification from their email that my email address has been sending spam emails and therefore been blocked!
They flagged my address as spam so they don't have to see my communication any longer - way to go! What an awesome vendor.

Stay away from this merchant. Their return policy is bs. The never replied and didn't even bother giving the in the EU legally required 2 week return. Needed to file a complaint with MasterCard.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! You have been warned. I ordered a $54 phone case wallet. Supposedly was from France with luxurious leather. I got a cheap vinyl case from China. It took over a month to receive so I can't claim a refund. They get you this way. You have only 30 days from your order date, not the date you receive it. And if you put credit cards/ID cards in the slots made for them, you can't close it flat. And the molded volume buttons in the plastic case around the phone dont work right. You press volume up and then it presses it to go back down. Very cheap and poor desugn. This is at best a $5 case from a dollar store.

Wrong item sent and silence from the company in my attempts to resolve the issue. Scam. Glossy images on their website and no substance to provide any service. They will take your money and run. Putrid company reflecting the quality of the people working there.

I ordered a case and it took so long to get here that I had to order one from somewhere else. when I finally received the case and entered the return they did not give me an address to return it to. I have emailed them at least 5 times in the last few days for the address with no response. I also have to return it at my expense. I would not recommend ordering from this company. the customer service is some of the worst I have ever dealt with.

Charged exorbitant amount of money for two cellphone covers and a set of screen protectors. I receive the package, the screen protector comes with a number of pieces and gadgets for installation and no instructions. I email them. No response.

Couple of months later one of the cellphones drop and the cover BREAKS. So much for a $55 cover, which is supposed to be handmade. the cover is made by melkco.com. I contact melkco and they say they have no responsibilities, since the product was sold by Pinnacle Luxuries.

Stay away from this website, and melkco products. Total scam. God knows what kind of screwed up sweat shop this is, here just to scoop up some money and get lost in the crevices of Chinese capitalism.

Watch band was LOW quality. Clearly just one of those CHEAP (like get it for $2 on Ali express) watch bands, arrived broken three weeks after their 'estimated arrival. Messaged seller 4 different times and zero reply.

Had to open dispute with PayPal.

Scam company, I got scammed!!!!!! Puchased a Iphone case and was sent the wrong case size on purpose (after reading multiple reviews of other customers). Attempted to contact the company and provided an incorrect address that leads to a giant Cube warehouse. No response only automated. Got scammed of $59.00 plus tax. Still have bogus iphone case that does not fit, and no human being to speak with for a refund back on my credit card. SCAM, CON ARTIST!

(2) Privacy Screen Protectors Anti Spy For Samsung Z Fold
$149.85 which was very high but I needed a very strong case for someone who drops their phone a LOT!
I got 2 of the items but one of the Screen Protectors was not in the order. So, I emailed their support team and emailed again, and again. Zero response. Checked the support email again and emailed many times. Now I constantly get 40% off emails *nice to know I paid full price. But no response. I'm headed to PayPal to dispute (which is a pain in the keaster). Why do I stray from Amazon or Best Buy to unknown one offs? No more. I'm out $40 going to look for another Screen. I don't guess this company is looking for repeat customers or word of mouth. The real bummer is the metal case rocked!

No customer support. No phone numbers. I was scammed into returning an item I never even unboxed...returned at my own expense. They never refunded my original purchase or even corresponded in any way as to the status of my refund. It has been almost a month with no word whatsoever, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.

These guys are just a joke. But hustlers do have a short lifespan..

Scam company! I ordered a wristband for an apple 7 watch. They got my money, it's been a week, no response, no phone number, I've tried everything! People work hard for their money and to have some scum piece of crap,company screwing people outta their money makes you wish you could take matters into your own hands! Scum ass company!!!!

I placed an order for a case/band to my apple watch. The payment went smoothly, I got a confirmation mail and a tracking number - ships from china.
When the shipment not arrived in the announced date I started reading the reviews, got really worried.

My parcel arrived yesterday, did not need to pay any customs fee, opened it , ready for a big disappointment- but.
Inside was my case/band, looking exactly as the one on the website.

Wearing it today, for the first time. Feels like a great construction with good quality.

4 stars for late delivery.

I will give a negative star if possible. Save your time and your money. I received an email asking me to give a review for a product I never received. I followed up with an email to customer service. I explained I never received confirmation or tracking information. They responded with asking me to review the product I never received, again. If you have already ordered from this company I highly suggest you contact your bank and stop payment immediately. Bad business!

Ordered a 50$ watchband, order was sent back to it's destination. I tried to contact them multiple times and each time my email was returned saying it was not a legitimate recipient. Order said it was delivered and of course, it was not. Sent another email about it but not holding my breath. Don't order anything from this place.
