An absolute trash company. Just ordered a phone case and not the one I wanted. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have sent numerous emails to try and send back and nothing! STAY AWAY from this trash company.

Took weeks to deliver an apple watch ultra band and a completely different and very ugly color showed up. One that's not even on their site. Avoid this seller you won't get what you ordered.

Deceptive business practices. Go elsewhere. This company has no real return policy, you can never get anyone and they do not return emails. My opinion, it's a scam.

Horrible customer service. I ordered watch bands for an Apple watch. The order took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive and totally different colors were sent. The Pinnacle Luxuries website makes requesting a return very difficult. I would strongly recommend NOT doing business with them.

Scam…. Some reviews claim they never got their order at all. Immediately after purchasing, No confirmation email… first red flag. My order arrived with the Wrong case, Wrong size. I paid $50, gave me a $10 case that wasn’t even listed on the site. Of course my Order number couldn’t be found on their system. I screenshot everything during purchase, shot them an email with evidence and proof of purchase…. No response. Shouldn’t even be allowed to advertise. Found them through Facebook Ad. Should be torn down and sued for fraud and on some account, just outright stealing.

NEVER KNOWN A COMPANY TO TAKE THE XXXX SO MUCH. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE. WE NEED TO SHUT THEM DOWN .

I ordered a protective case from Pinnacle, and I’m actually shocked that it’s good quality.Of course I read the horrible reviews after I had already ordered, so I expected the worst.
It’s exactly as advertised. Guess I’m one of the lucky ones.
However….. I’m not giving them 5 stars because they are not truthful regarding where the product ships from. They claim they are based in New Jersey, and ship from the US using USPS, which is not the case. They actually ship from Shenzen China, using UBI, then transfer to Canada Post for final delivery.

Ordered a premium leather case for a Pixel 6 and received a fake leather case from CaseMe. It's available on other websites for $19.00. I paid nearly $70, I'm so angry I didn't look at other reviews. SMH. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered an Apple Watch case in black. I received a turquoise case instead. Made four attempts to contact the company via email with no response. No way to contact their customer service via phone. Consequently, I have no opportunity to get a refund or an exchange for the case I ordered. Will never purchase from them again.

Ordered a leather case for my S22 Ultra and I received a piece of junk that did not fit after waiting for two weeks. Emails are met with silence. Purchase nothing from these con artists!

I ordered a leather cellphone cover/wallet. Their website says orders are processed in 72 hrs and they always ship 2 day service. So I was expecting it to deliver within a week. After a week went by I decided to contact them. There is absolutely NO phone number. I found 2 email addresses and emailed both multiple times. They do not answer their emails. You just keep getting an automated order status that says item ready for delivery to shipping partner. I started doing Google searches and saw all the bad reviews so I called my bank to see if I could get my money back. They were not able to. Finally after 3 weeks it showed up. It is the correct item that I ordered. I think I'm one of the lucky ones that actually received their order and it was correct. But I won't take any further risks with this company. They are shady for not answering emails and not having a phone number and for false advertising about quick shipping.

They don't care and don't reply your emails
I paid for most expensive mobile case because of genuine leather but after arrive was a plastic.
Don't trust them

Total scam, they do not answer e mail. They take your money, create a shipping label and then nothing happens. I will file a complaint with the relevant authorities.

I ordered a case for my Samsung S21 Ultra and they sent one for the S21. Needless to say it doesn't fit and they will not return emails. How is it that
1. They are still in business
2. That they haven't been charged with consumer fraud???

This company takes your money, after months it sends you something that isn't what you ordered and then never respond to communications.

I sent them emails and feedback and did not even received an acknowledgement.

Stay away from this company.

I ordered a large Fitbit Blaze band on September 13. The website promised free, 2 day expedited shipping. I received it on October 1. It is too small, I can’t get it over my hand. The website has no phone number. The return policy requires returns within 20 days of ordering. It didn’t arrive until day 18. I think I’m out $40. I strongly recommend not purchasing any product from this business.

I waited 1 month for item and it was exactly as ordered iam very happy with product

I bought some accessories to my watch and never received order confirmation, tracking number or answers from customer service.
After 2 months They sent to me something I didn’t bought just to create a tracking number to PayPal and justify that they send to me an order. Of course I try contact they but nobody answered.
I already report to PayPal since the beginning open a dispute but they claim that I received an order so they considered I am lieing?!?! Continued to report a problem in PayPal, to proved that I contacted to the store and nothing.
My advice, avoid this store because is fake and scam. Do not trust your purchases to PayPal because they advocated to scam and not to the consumers.
