WARNING: DO NOT USE PINOY TOURISM – SCAMMERS!
Every Good review you see on here is generated by bots !! If I could give zero stars, I would. PINOY TOURISM is a complete scam and should be avoided at all costs! I initially referred a friend to them after checking their Instagram and reading reviews on Trustpilot. While I noticed some negative reviews, I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt – a huge mistake.
My friend paid £400 to PINOY Tourism for assistance with a Schengen visa. He provided all the required documents, including three updated bank statements, yet his visa was rejected due to a “lack of financial evidence.” Why? Because this fraudulent company intentionally did not submit his bank statements! Their motive? To force him to rebook his flight through them again, squeezing more money out of him.
This is beyond greedy and unethical – it’s outright fraud. When I confronted them about this, they had no real explanation and kept repeating the same nonsense, blaming my friend for “not submitting enough documents”—which is a blatant lie because he sent everything to them! If he was truly missing any documents, shouldn’t they have informed him beforehand?
PINOY Tourism is not a legitimate business. They are scammers preying on people who trust them for travel services. Please DO NOT use this company and warn others to stay away. They will take your money and leave you stranded. Absolute disgrace.

I already reached out directly to your team to inquire about my friend’s visa rejection, and that was when it became abundantly clear that you are scammers. The way your team handled my concerns was completely unprofessional—zero accountability, no real explanation, and blatant dishonesty. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall.
Now you’re trying to claim there’s a “confusion” between Pinoy Travels and Pinoy Tourism? Let’s be honest here, you are the same fraudulent operation hiding behind different names to deceive more customers. This is a classic scam tactic: set up multiple businesses to cover up negative reviews while continuing to take advantage of unsuspecting customers.
Furthermore, your Trustpilot and Instagram reviews are clearly manipulated. Positive reviews conveniently appear every few minutes while the real, negative experiences get buried. This is yet another sign of deception and fraud.
I am warning everyone: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Whether it’s Pinoy Travels, Pinoy Tourism, or whatever name they use next, they are the same scammers. They take your money, provide terrible service, and refuse to take responsibility.
Again, do not respond to me. I see through your lies, and so will everyone else.
