These guys could not have done any better when it comes to customer service. In a world of robots and AI, every phone call and email was answers with a live human being on the other end. Offering to make everything right, combining orders to save shipping, replacing items with the correct items etc. woke up to an email that completely fixed things and everything was an honest mistake. I have already made another order because this is the type of company I want to support. GO GO Pins and Aces. Love the products love the site love the chromed device.

Ordered 4 shirts for 2025 Christmas…
Ordered 4 shirts for 2025 Christmas gifts on the BOGO. Three of the shirts were great, but one was of a poorer quality and fit. Contacted the company to let them know and was told that the shirt in question was one of the free ones and, as a result, there was no recourse. It could be just me, but isn't this a bizzare policy? In the order I am addressing, the other free shirt was great. Something is clearly wrong with this picture, or someone on the team who handles quality issues hasn't read the "love it or return it" warranty.
I bought their liquor stick and it leaks, can't return
I bought their liquor stick. It leaks from every joint and the dispenser. I have called and emailed multiple times and they do not respond. I wanted to return it. They don't respond to requests for returns and there is no warranty or return info on their website. I am disputing the charge with my cc company, and apparently this company knows how to drag out a dispute. I had to submit more documentation by Oct 10. 5 months to resolve a defective product return request, and no end in sight. I would caution anyone from doing business with this company.
