Great response after my error in ordering
I made a rookie error in my order, and even though it wasa purpose made item they very kindly took it back and replaced it with what I wanted. Very helpful and super easy to deal with.

Ordered the Square Solid Walnut Cafe &…
Ordered the Square Solid Walnut Cafe & Bistro Table | Black X-Base Leg 70cm X 70cm . I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered the very next day. The table is very sturdy and easy to assemble just as well, has it had no instructions included. The holes were pre drilled for the leg which was good except that the holes are slightly out so that the feet are not square to the table top slightly, however doesn't impact the use of the table.
Definitely would look at buying again in the future.

Great products and service
I have made several large orders recently and have been very impressed with both the quality of the wood shelves and the pipe rails and brackets I ordered. Turnaround has been excellent with all orders arriving next day without issue (opted for next day delivery). Also very responsive to email requests such as for custom items not shown on the website. Pipe Dream has helped my renovation project run smoothly and I have no hesitation recommending them!

Oak Stair rail…
An oak stair rail was ordered online with next day delivery via DX.This was seamless and the item was of expected quality and looks good in situ.
Packaging of the brackets was in a rather tatty box but the rail itself was solidly packed.

Great product and very pleased with the overall quality. The handrail was exactly as described and perfectly suited for installation outside a listed building. The design, colour, and depth were all spot on, and it came with high-quality, colour-matched fixings. Console table
I purchased a console table from this company charged well over the odds and the item was not what they showed I called them and explained and the young girl who deals with complaints she started asking why I didn't like it why I wanted to return it and said well you new what it was when you bought it very rude and in other words would not accept I was not happy with this pathetic purchase . I would never use this rip off business again and whoever does be aware.

Useless delivery and customer service
Ordered the evening 25th Feb for next day delivery on 27th Feb, no text message with 2 hour time window as stated, checked the status around lunchtime to see it had been delivered only not to my address. Company said they would look into it and get back to me, I chased them on 2nd March and just given a fob off. After constant chasing it’s finally delivered on 4th March but wet. Absolutely useless customer service, ignored my requests for a refund when they hadn’t delivered, been promised a refund for the next day delivery cost but haven’t seen anything. If only I had read all the reviews 1st. Never again

We have investigated this with the courier and can confirm that the issue occurred due to an error on their side, which resulted in the parcel being mis-scanned and delivered, which subsequently delayed your order reaching you. This is certainly not the level of service we expect from our delivery partners, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after selecting and paying for next-day delivery.
We can confirm that the refund for the next-day delivery postage has been processed. Please allow a few working days for this to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We’re also very sorry that you had to chase for updates, as this is not the experience we want for our customers. Your feedback has been shared with the team and the courier so that situations like this can be handled more efficiently in the future.
