I ordered a full coffee table, TV stand and side table set at the start of November and it was delivered a month later not looking like the advertised pictures...in fact there was a significant difference!

There was an initial dispute on this, but it was hard for them to argue when the very following day, from my phone call, the pictures were updated to reflect the product which had been delivered to me and not what was initially advertised. They did replace it after some back and forth but one of the members was not very professional on the phone and became somewhat aggressive. I also had to be proactive when chasing despite the reassurances on one team member who said they would contact me and didn't on several occasions.

The replacement product was notably better and more inline with the initially advertised picture. It's a shame as the tables are of a high quality, but my impression has been tainted by the below-par customer service I experienced and the lack of consideration I was given at points and the time it took for everything to be rectified.

Visited the workshop initially to have a look around and decide what finish we wanted for the table we were interested in buying. We were very impressed with the company, small family run business. We ordered a table on the day and this was made to our specifications and delivered approximately six weeks later. We are very happy with the quality and design.

The craftsmanship of my new desk is stunning, however it arrived with a leg missing. I had to contact TRL myself to enquire what happened and when I was going to receive the missing leg in order to use my desk for work. Had to wait a week for HMF Logistics (who were very helpful and friendly) to come back and fix the missing part. I did get offered to receive the leg via DPD in 48 hrs, but I would have to attached the leg myself. Only got a 'sorry about that' after I contacted them. The customer service from TRL after the original delivery was pratically non-existent. I only received one further email from HMF Logistics informing me of the 2nd delivery of the missing leg. Situation caused unnecessary stress and organisation to fill my work commitments.

We went over to TRL’s workshop to discuss what our options were, taking some samples with us. Ben was brilliant, guiding us through the options and making suggestions. We ordered two custom made table and we are delighted with them.

Delivery was by their own guys and was both punctual and efficient.

Great communication and excellent quality breakfast bar. You can see and feel the quality and it’s definitely built to last. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great product, good deal, happy customer

I haven't received my order yet so can't comment on furniture. However the time frame for delivery has been bad. I was initially given a 3 - 4 week delivery expectation which I thought was a long time for a couple of smallish items but just received delivery confirmation for a further 2 weeks. If I knew it was going to take this long I wouldn't have bothered . Customer service has been good and she listened to my frustrations but still no furniture!

Hi, I’ve just taken a delivery of my new dining table which is just fabulous.
The two guys who delivered and erected it were very polite and friendly. They made a very good job and left the carpet spotless.
I would definitely recommend TRL and their delivery company HMF.

The website was easy to use and everything was clear and understandable. The team was very helpful and they even rescheduled my delivery without complaint!
The table is of great quality, exact dimensions, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into it.
It is also very heavy, so props to the delivery drivers who carried it in and installed it for me. They were courteous, efficient and also very kind and friendly.

You made the error, you sent the wrong product - and then charged us to rectify your mistake! Not good....

Beautiful quality & brilliant service.

I love my bar/breakfast table. The design is simple, the wood is great quality and it improved the look of my living room

The furniture is absolutely beautiful and very well made. Everyone who has visited has commented on how stunning our breakfast bar table and stools look in the kitchen! Customer service has been excellent - we had a slight blip with the wrong size stools and TRL sorted it immediately without the slightest hesitation and took full responsibility. So refreshing in a world where often people pass the buck! We have every respect for this company. Would highly recommend them.

We ordered a large quantity of outdoor and indoor furniture for a residential development in Leicester. The products were great and so was the after care. Really nice to Deal with and good quality workmanship

Before ordering i spoke to someone about some measurements, nothing was too much trouble. So ordered away. Got a date and a 4 hour time slot for delivery, 10 days after ordering and 7 days before delivery. I explained i was in work, but can leave for the delivery and they offered to call when they were half an hour away, which was a relief. They arrived when they said and were polite and professional, they brought the wood in and legs a blanket and tools and lay the wood on the blanket while they put the legs on in my kitchen. They didn't take long at all. So happy with the purchace, just as I imagined it would look, even better, extremely sturdy, the piece of wood is super thick and the smell of the wood is amazing. I would highly recommend TRL, so worth it, thank you
