The product is great but the delivery is terrible
The product is great, very solid and matches description, love it.
Only downside is the delivery company, no issue once they came to deliver it, sent 2 guys and put it where we wanted it, but organising that was painful. The delivery company only give 3 days notice and there’s no negotiating or booking it, they give you a date and you say yes or no, if you say no then you have to wait till they text again with another date, this will continue until you say yes, and you have no idea when they will text again as it just depends when they’re back in your area. I did read the bad reviews on the delivery company and unfortunately they’re true. But the table is great, so if you can put up with the crap delivery then go for it.

Bought the como
Bought the como. Didn’t take the hubby long to put together almost single handed. Looks perfect with the bench. Would recommend especially as it makes me feel I’ve done something to help the environment

I would highly recommend Reclaim Nation. The bedroom furniture is beautiful. I did however have delays on delivery and unfortunately one damaged item but the level of customer service was fantastic and I always received a very prompt reply which I really do value. Well done to the team on this.

Want a big big nightmare open the box
Want a big big nightmare open the box, one handle one handle none existent not even drill holes!!! Sending out things not quality checked highly annoying!! Call up told me to email no email it won’t send tried multiple times and won’t send. But this is the only way apparently! No help! Maybe here you can sort this out! And get this collected for my refund! It’s poor poor quality and workmanship cut my hand on the sharp flakes of wood! Please get it collected asap!!!

Be patient on delivery, it's worth the wait
I ordered the Brooklyn extendable table, matching bench and the grey leather look chairs. The lead time on the website said 15 days but it was a month before the items arrived. I did drop customer service an email and they came back to me quickly but didn't offer a delivery estimate, just said they would let me know.
However absolutely worth the wait! Heavy well built and I love the knots, spots and marks within the wood. Very sturdy with the bonus of having adjustable "knobs" to ensure the table and bench legs sit evenly. Everything arrived well packed, instructions for building were easy to follow and the whole set was built within the hour. So pleased with the quality.

TABLE BEING HELD HOSTAGE
What an extremely disappointing experience. When looking for a new dining room table, I kept coming back to the Como from Reclaim Nation, and after watching videos and looking at reviews, I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. When I ordered I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks, I reached out to reclaim Nation as I hadn't had a single update about my order, and they said it was due into their warehouse on 19th September. This date came and went and I didn't hear anything so I followed up and was told it would be in their warehouse by 22nd September. Finally then I was told it was ready and had been despatched to the delivery company. That's where the trouble really started. Reclaim Nation have decided to use a delivery company called P2P deliveries, who quite frankly, should not be in business. I've NEVER heard a more shockingly stupid business model in my entire life. On 23rd September I received an automated text from P2P delivery, stating that my table was going to be delivered on Friday 25th September, and if this date doesn't work for me, I should reply to the text with "NO". As I was away that weekend, I replied no, expecting to be offered another date. After 2 days of radio silence, I called P2P directly and was informed that I simply have to wait for another text within 5 working days, offering another arbitrary date. Flash forward to Tuesday 29th September, and I have received another automated message from them, advising me my table will be delivered on - you guessed it - another day I am not home.
This delivery process is unworkable. I am now in an endless cycle of rejections. I have never known such an incredibly stupid business model in my life. I should be able to specify a date that works for my schedule, rather than playing delivery roulette.
When I expressed all this to Reclaim Nation, they just told me to speak to P2P. When I spoke to P2P, they were beyond useless.
I don't know where to go from here, my £500 table is being held hostage, and I can't seem to get anyone to take a complaint.
Please just read the reviews before considering an expensive purchase from here.
