Incredibly happy with the tulsa extendable table and bench we ordered! Looks amazing and was easy to assemble. Delivery was well within the estimated delivery time.Delivery guys were professional and friendly. Can’t wish for a better service from front to end. Beautiful piece of furniture, absolutely over the moon with it. Very well made and it looks amazing! The delivery was fast and well informed. The delivery drivers were excellent and kept us up to date of their arrival. 5 stars all round!

After placing order with a 2-3 delivery…
After placing order with a 2-3 delivery timeframe there was no communication what so ever about the progress of the order after 3 weeks I contacted reclaim national to be told delivery would be another 2 weeks chased again when this date came to be told it would be another week. All communication had to be led by myself. I would have expected to be kept up to date with my order. When advised I order due to stated delivery window and plans to be out of the country after that they left me to manage the delivery with the courier as they dispatched without advising me when this was going to happen

What a great selection. Spoilt for choice. I was not disappointed. The quality of the wood is unreal and so beautifully done. Very prompt and attentive customer service. Lovely (brown Dallas) chairs and 6-8 seater Mode table. Easy to put up (table needs 2 people to lift into position due to weight). Love it!

Bad customer service
The product is lovely albeit the table had a raised piece of wood that I am going to have to sand down. My issue with the company is the lack of customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times about issues and had no response.

On 3rd table - order still not correct
Even after a few issues I would have given positive feedback but now my patience has been pushed to limits. I’m on the delivery of 3rd table which is damaged. The bench and table I have do not have matching legs as this was incorrectly changed by them. What frustrates me the most is when you actually speak to someone they promise to call you back but never do. I am left constantly chasing for updates which is beyond frustrating. Now I waiting for an undamaged table with a matching bench not feeling confident

Delivery was supposed to be on a Friday…
Delivery was supposed to be on a Friday before it was cancelled, blaming the courier. I asked for it to be delivered the following Friday, it arrived on the Wednesday. Great product but abysmal service and shame the company blamed a third party.

Eventually received order very pleased with it, but it took longer to deliver than advertised, no communication until I contacted twice, would have been nice to have been updated on late delivery. Did think it was a scam, but product is excellent and was well worth waiting for.
