Ordered business cards, file has been used multiple times previously with an old supplier, absolutely no issues ever.
Cards arrive from this company absolutely disgraceful, print quality is shocking, design is hardly readable and colours are completely wrong.
Emailed company to try resolve and have been ignored. £50 wasted, for a small business that’s a massive knock.

I’d strongly advise caution before placing an order with Pixartprinting. I used a discount code advertised on their own website as 25% off the whole catalogue, only to find it applied to almost nothing on my order. When I queried this, I was told a £200 order limit applied, a restriction that appears nowhere on the discount page, nowhere in the FAQs, and nowhere at checkout.

When I challenged this, support sent terms and conditions for an entirely different discount code, seemingly hoping I wouldn’t notice. The response since has been contradictory, evasive, and entirely unhelpful. No refund, no resolution, and a formal complaint that appears to have gone nowhere.

The products may well be fine, but if you’re expecting their promotions to mean what they say, or their customer service to take responsibility, you’re likely to be disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with the design service from Pixartprinting.
I sent them a very specific design request with all dimensions, details, and instructions over a week ago. The design itself is very simple, yet after an entire week they still haven’t managed to complete it.
What makes the experience even worse is the communication — they only reply once a day, which unnecessarily drags the whole process out. Something that should have realistically been finished within a day has now taken more than a week with no proper result.
The service feels extremely slow, unorganized, and frustrating. I expected a professional and efficient design process, but unfortunately this has been a waste of time. I would not recommend their design service based on my experience.

The company was recommended to me and not being very good with technology I found the whole process very easy to follow. I did make one small error and that was my fault. I have another project and will be using Pixartprinting UK for that.

It was a simple process and the resulting product was perfect. I paid the extra to have it checked/altered and it gave me peace of mind - thank you. Also, it was delivered 2 days before the date I was given.

The amount of emails I’ve received with no “unsubscribe” link is absolutely pathetic. I signed up to see prices and decided they weren’t for me, I’ve since had almost daily emails begging me for my service with no way of stopping them.

I’ve now blocked their emails and reported for spam. Scummy company.

I highly recommend PixartPrinting for anyone who needs printing jobs done, whether it's banners, visiting cards, or any other advertising materials. I had a tight deadline, but they managed to deliver my order two days early! They have super awesome support, and I really want to applaud their perfect, ready-to-use blank design templates for graphics software. Their online design editor is amazing too. I recently ordered advertising boxes using it, and it was a simple, next-level experience. The 3D overview let me check every aspect of exactly how the final printed material was going to look.

usueless company. i didnt receive my items in time for an event. why would you say your a uK company and then make products in italy?
