I have been with Planet Talk for at least 25 years and have never had better service support than today. I was facilitated to update / upgrade to the new system from the antiquated one...which was a little more tricky than one imagined but the support by Catherine your customer service star angel genius customer supporter , she cracked it all including hiccups that came up and she deserves more than 5 stars.

I needed help with my top up, I emailed the company and Chris reached out to me. I even told him to call me around 17:00hrs and he gladly did.He saw that I was having issues with my payment method and he was very patient with me, stayed on the lined for me to go through the process on my phone and helped me through all of our issues. I give him the highest marks and kudos to the company🥰✌🏻

I never use Planet Talk without having a problem, needing to call Customer Service, and then be told to try again later. REALLY? Is this a reasonable service? No. I would look elsewhere which is what I am doing at the moment.

Chris could not be more helpful and friendly. 5 Stars.

I emailed the Planet-Talk and the workers were so helpful to respond to my request. Natalia thanks so much, I really appreciate what you have done. I have used Planet-Talk app for some years and it's extremely satisfied app. Their customer care is very good. I will recommend Planet-Talk app to my friends.

I used to use Planet talk to make calls abroad. Now the app seems to have changed. I can no longer input a number that is not already in my contact list. I topped up my account, but can still not call.
What am I missing? Very disappointing and the money I topped up can’t be used.

A ripoff and not a cheap call.? More a ripoff.
I used to have an account with Plant Talk which I would top up and used my landline phone to make cheap calls to friends abroad. I was told that this system is no longer available and that I should be using the Planet Talk App.

I installed the App last week and made my first call abroad and it cost 24p for about an 8 minute call to Thailand. Two days later I checked my mobile which has a Three sim with Pay As You Go. As I do not use my mobile to make calls, I was shocked to find a charge £3.85 charged by Three . This is associated with the 24 p PlanetTalk call . I was never informed that such a high charge would be incurred as a result of using Plant Talk App. The phone number associated with the £3.85 charge is linked to Planet Talk.

I attempted to start a new account but could not get credit cards accepted - planer talk issue not cc companies.
Planet Talk operative, Chris, most helpful and resolved issue very quickly.

Planet talk deleted my old account with my credits.

I've had the Planet Talk app for a few years now. Just went to make a call and couldn't find how to do it as the app had changed. I called up, Chris answered the call quickly and helped me with my query. Super friendly and helpful, all done and dusted in less than a minute! That's how you do it, well done Planet Talk!

Quick response to my query I spoke with Chris who supported me through my frustration of the new layout of the new app without Chris's support I would have given up

I phoned Planet Talk customer service and spoke to a very polite Natalia regarding the charges of call made night before to Switzerland which after finishing the call I found balance dropped a lot to my surprise as I have been a customer for over 4 years and always found call charges very reasonable. Natalia checked call history and confirmed charges have gone up drastically lately and as a gesture she has adjusted the balance

This 5 star rating is mainly for the operators who helped me to reset the New Planet Talk application. I don’t understand why Planet Talk has to change the perfectly easy to use app instead of this new one. The international call I made thinking it was through Planet Talk ended up getting charged by my mobile provider which to my horror cost over £20 for a few minutes call. I would like to commend the operators who were all so helpful, especially Natalia she had it all sorted for me after she read my email! Once again many thanks to all the operators who helped me!!!

I have been using Planet talk for over a year now to make calls and the services has been so efficient and excellent. Today, I found it difficult to top up credit for the first time, and in a blink of an eye, Chris came to my rescue. He did not only sort the problem out, but also gave me free credit. Thanks so much and I truly recommend Planet talk.

Have used them on landline for years for calls to NZ. The app has always been flaky but sometimes worked calling mobiles only. A few weeks ago I transferred £5 to her account in Uk, both in the same house, lost without trace. Tried to log in today but it created a new account with none of my details except for balance. No way of contacting them in the app so not using them anymore. Using another company instead.

Chris was very helpful, his commitment to resolving issues, responding to customers issues on time and excellent customer relation was amazing. I really enjoyed his excellent service.

A very disappointing experience . One call , stopped after 5 Min and no way to connect again . Spent hours trying to phone . Useless app , taking your money , but do not deliver for it

Planet talk is an Excellent way of cheap phone calls especially abroad. I have been using them for Years and I have always found that the staff on the phone lines to help etc are Truly helpful, knowledgeable and important - Very kind! Today I was helped SO MUCH by a Lovely young lady - named Natalie - who really 'listened' to me - (because the format is changing ) - whereas I have used my landline to put money on etc I will now need to download an App... on my phone... I needed help to do this - and Natalie - Very patiently - talked me through the procedure.... she was just Wonderful. Planet talk should be very proud and pleased to have her as an employee! Thank you.
