DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are dishonest thieves who call you non stop when wanting you to spend your money but avoid you at all costs once you have booked and want to complain. I was overcharged for extra leg room seats and robbed in other charges. I have been waiting 3 months for a refund and am consistently getting lied to when calling. Don’t ask to speak to Richy, it appears he’s on break every 15 minutes!

I booked for Rome and Venice what a nightmare who ever did the travel itinerary we arrived in Rome our hotel was miles away with a cost of an uber all the attractions were miles away from the hotel we then had to get the train to Venice again miles away from our hotel I must have spent £200 just on taxis when we arrived in Venice that was a joke our hotel was in mereha we got off the train at the very last stop our hotel not in our sites again uber when we got there the hotel was very basic beggars all around you I just wanted to get out of there I asked at reception about transport to airport it was £100.00 this travel company do not know where they are sending you and I would never recommend them for any further holidays I have contacted them via email and had no response but I didn’t expect to

Andy Brown was very helpful and very patient. He explained things clearly and several times. The process he has to follow seemed a bit long winded and the admin of £19 each way per person was mentioned quite late on and I would have preferred it to be included with the original quote for the holiday. My original quote was 3 days before ao I am pleased they didn’t try to say it has gone up.
