Customer Service is extremely rude and not helpful.
Flowers were nice for a brief moment...but not the greatest.
Bulbs came packed too tight in the box, and some of the early stems were bent/broken. Plants bloomed well, but even when following the directions the flowers started to droop and wilt way too early.
Arrived 5 days late and DEAD.
Placed the order days ahead of the desired delivery date and it still arrived 5 days late. To top it off, the succulent was DEAD. Reached out to the company multiple times and one company placed blame on the other. 2 weeks of back and forth, then they started to give me the run around claiming they needed a photo and offered to RE-deliver the order. Save your money.

Dead herbs
I had placed an order for my daughters birthday in February. Plants were shipped and one died not long after it arrived. Plants.com replaced it. But just 3 mos later, both plants are dead. I have purchased herbs from other vendors with no issue for my daughter. Very disappointing. Sorry, I would not recommend this company or use this site again.
The service was ok
The service was good, as my plant came smaller then stated and damaged so they sent me a new one. However, these plants are not worth the amount of money they charge and the pot they show is plastic.

Delivery error made right
My plant was a gift and was delivered to the wrong address— Fed Ex delivery failure. It was missing for about a day until someone spotted the package at an occupied house. In that time, I asked Plants.com know the situation and they issued a replacement delivery free of charge.

This was a gift for my mother in law who is very difficult to shop for. She really seemed to enjoy it so that made it totally worth it. I love all of the plants and will be ordering again soon.

My plant was a gift and supposed to be delivered today by 8 pm. It is 530pm and was just rescheduled for tomorrow. Extremely disappointed. Most likely will not repeat service.
Late delivery
I ordered items to be delivered by mothered day to two separate addresses. I ordered 3 weeks in advance. Neither showed up on time.

Lost a good customer!
I ordered a red rose flowering plant for my Mom's birthday and it died after three weeks. I know my Mom read its care instructions and knew she must've received an unhealthy specimen. Plants.com asked if I wanted to send her another plant in its place and I ordered a money plant. The result? It was embarrassing! She received a dead tree trunk with one green leaf! The plants that I've bought for myself on plants.com are still blooming nicely but my Mom has not had any luck. I complained once again but they just sent another money plant and much like the first one, the leaves had all died upon arrival. Plants.com should have given me a chance to give her another flowering plant in its place. I'll never order from plants.com ever again. That's not how you handle a customer who purchased multiple orders!
