Ordered fascia and soffit from these people - dx delivered ( enough said about those) and inevitably received damaged items - I have had umpteen problems with this courier company in the past - spoke to lily who was absolutely brilliant - I have worked in the pvc industry myself and know for a fact that damaged goods are not sent out - this was totally dx fault - when the 8 replacements arrived -2 were missing and a further 3 damaged - lily went out of her way to arrange the replacements once again only this time using their own vehicles - this is what you call customer service - she is a credit to the company and the plastic centre management were also good in sanctioning her request - just a shame that this has taken probably most of their profit in doing this - hope plastic centre gets a claim in against dx for this - once again thank you lily you were exceptional .

Great experience with this company, delivery was fast, panels are great quality and easy to fit.

Very outgoing company, they swapped out to a different style of panel for free and no fuss at all. Highly recommend

Scam company? Order placed, no further correspondence received after ordering. Called on multiple occasions and telephone never answered, no replies to email, or contact forms. Have had to resort to trying to reclaim money via credit card company. Avoid, if you actually want to receive the goods you're ordering!

Excellent customer services , placed the wrong colour gutter clips by accident, sent an email to say , order off plastics was modified straight away and out for delivery . Highly recommend this company

phoned 3 times...
the order was confirmed and a refund was promised...
no refund was ever paid....
should be zero stars....
you have been warned!!!

Received goods in time.A couple of mistakes were rectified . I will buy from them again tomorrow

It was only a very small order, but with lots of queries to ensure product compatibility. They could not have been more helpful and even though some items were incorrectly delivered, the error was immediately rectified. A particular shout out to Lily who provided excellent customer service.

took 17 days to deliver, tried getting updates but no reply, only replied after i asked for a refund.
In fairness once they responded it took 2 days to deliver, apparently been lost at courier depot

The plastic centre are always so helpful, reasonably priced and good crack.

I ordered 3 pannels and reiciveed a wrong colour. On website they advertise one think but in reality I reiciveed a different think. I contact them, and nobody reply to me for ling time. Now when finnaly they reply, they expect me to pay for return. I sad to them I will not pay for a refund as was there mistake..... After my reply, they dissaper and nobody is answering to my emails.

The Lady at the plastic centre was fantastic she was very helpful because there was something wrong with the site and she sorted it out so thank you so much
