First time I used them but was very impressed with the service and most of all the phone call the day before delivery to thank me for my order, that meant the world to me because it showed they care about the customer. Great job guys. Barry

Well first off ordered on a Wednesday didn't arrive till the following Wednesday despite only being 4 miles away then when it arrives was thrown down out the front of my house when opened the next day found part of the order smashed it got replaced the following Friday very poor service in my honest opinion

What I wanted, when I wanted it.

Fantastic experience with the Coventry branch. Called them as had been let down for soffits and fascia’s, had them the next day. Then realised 2 days later the fascia’s I ordered were too small and needed bigger ones, called and they swapped them the same day. Great customer experience from James.

Really well priced , some of the facia arrived damaged, didnt realise until I went to use it, we got in contact with them about it ,.and a lovley lady on the phone had it all sorted to be delivered the following day , if the facia wasn't damaged I would have given 5 stars , so maybe a word with the delivery company about how easy it is to damage it !

Nipped into the Tamworth branch for some bit. Great advice received as well.

Fair price for product and fast delivery. Because no local supplier stocked the item is was good that the plastic centre had them. However I do feel the postage cost is excessive at fixed price £30 for two light and not huge items. I think I might have been cheaper driving from Edinburgh to collect in my EV.

It was easy to find and order the guttering I needed on the website. Good price and reasonable delivery charge. Delivery was good and on time and arrived in good condition. Good sturdy guttering and replaced the existing guttering quite quickly. Would recommend the products and The Plastic Centre.

I have made two purchases from The Plastic Centre over the past six months or so and each time have been very satisfied with the service from ordering to delivery. They were able to provide the product I needed to the correct specifications when other suppliers couldn't.

The plastic company have a great range of products.We ordered
Green pvc for our summerhouse.It was on sale so we ordered and it came within a reasonable time.They only deliver to Scotland one day a week.We are delighted with the product and would definitely order again.thanks

Never received my order ! Scammers !
Made an order on 16/04/2016 now 14days later my order still haven’t arrived . I emailed multiple times getting ignored , calling them daily - nothing no reply . Scammed and frauds paid a lot for two plastic items and 15£ for delivery and nothing , never got my items .
AWFUL customer service ( not existing ) just don’t trust this website not worth the issues.

After 15 days waiting ( they charge us 15£ for delivery) Plastic Centre sent us two random wrong items , the parcel states 5£ delivery so they are overcharging for delivery , scamming and sending wrong items .

This is awful ! Never experienced anything like this . Liars and scammers !! This is just unbelievable

I ordered 2 small gutter parts and paid a lot for delivery (MORE THAN THE ACTUAL PARTS ARE WORTH) and it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the parts! They do not pick up the phone when you call them and also don’t send you a confirmation email after you order probably the worst customer service ever!
