recently bought a Range Rover Evoque from John at Plantinum car sales and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Thank you so much for everything you did to make sure everything was sorted before we left with the car — nothing was too much trouble! You even went above and beyond getting my private plates sorted before we drove away, which was a lovely touch.

Both me and my partner felt really comfortable and happy throughout the whole process. The communication was great, and we were kept updated every step of the way. When I thought there might have been an issue with the wheel, they told me to bring it straight in to be checked by the mechanics — it turned out it was just the new brakes bedding in. It’s rare to find a garage that’s this honest, helpful, and easy to deal with.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage and a smooth, stress-free buying experience!

Me and my husband visited the showroom after finding a car online we took a liking too.
From my husband viewing the car first to then going back over together later that day the service was second to none. There was no pressure to buy or followed around the showroom which put us at ease from off.
The guys are great and very friendly and certainly not rip offs and give broken promises just for a sale.
They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.
We walked away with our perfect car that was that clean you could eat your dinner off it, absolutely spotless and buffed and shined to exceptional standards.

One happy girly with my dream Jaguar car. John was excellent and went over and beyond as I wanted the car there and then as soon as I seen it . There were two cars I was interested in, one more expensive than the other, but I fell in love with the cheaper option, and John didn’t try to push me to go for the more expensive option. John sorted my finance and saved me a few quid too. Amazing garage , I will def be going back again for next car purchase . Some beautiful cars at the garage.

Bought our Range Rover evoke from John and the boys. They went above and beyond for us. Everything was easy and hassle free and anything we asked for them to carry out on the car for our peace of mind they done with no issues whatsoever.

I found the car through the AA website and it was exactly what I was looking for. Travelled 2 hours to view and was met with a great buying experience. John walked me through all of the car's history and arranged for the car to be delivered to me. After receiving the car I discovered that the lock nut was missing but John soon sorted everything out. The car was spotless when it was delivered and like new, and I'm very pleased with it. Highly recommend Platinum Car Sales for high quality competitively priced vehicles and great customer service.

Using false service records using someone else logo and details. False service record vehicle since bought has cost over 2k and will prove with e mails to prove cambelt should of been done at 100k miles not done so even though records or shall I say false records say otherwise old vehicle worth 3k body kit fancie wheels traded for a high performance car fed with a load of shit and then sold for for 11.5k even lied to finance company if they pay to get this post removed guilty !’n u gonna have ure upcommance do not buy from this company. When I contacted garage after 4 weeks I had a dive threats and failed to repair the vehicle lied about my performance car and sold for twice the money got all receipts paperwork that I have had to pay for do not buy from this garage

I saw a van on social media.i contacted the garage (PLATINUM CAR SALES LTD) I called the garage and spoke to John, he told me the van was still for sale and was in amazing condition and a faultless van. (LIES) he also said the body kit on it he designed himself (MORE LIES) and had a full ford history. you guessed it! (LIES) I did not see the van in person as I live in brighton and the garage is in Wales. I stupidly fell for John's LIES and transferred him the full amount.
Upon delivery 5 days later I was absolutely disgusted with the state of the van it had mould all over the roof liner,cigarette Ash all over the dashboard and cigarette buts in-between the seat I have photo evidence of all of this! I took one look at the service book and knew straight away it was fake, not the original book and all the same fake ford stamp you get off ebay with all the same handwriting. When I rang John about this he just laughed and said he would send me £20 to get it valeted and told me more LIES as to how the service book wasn't fake. Just shows what kind of man I was dealing with. The next day I drove it approx 60 miles and the van went into limp mode with the engine malfunction light come on and black smoke billowing out the exhaust.i had a mechanic put it on a diagnostic machine and he said it was the dpf and injector needed replacing I HAVE PROOF

Now I know why it was brought down on a trailer.
The mechanic told me this would cost a couple of
grand and to take it back.
I rang John and told him what had happened.
Straight away he blamed me got very aggressive
and said I had tampered with it!
I requested a full refund and arranged for a trailer to
take the van back to John. I returned the van
exactly 1 week after I received it. I arrived 10
minutes after the trailer had got to the garage, the
trailer driver told me when John knew I was also on
route he got into his range rover and sped off!! I
called john immediately to ask if he could return so
we could go for a test drive he told me some more
LIES and said he was busy and would not return
until the next day.
Two weeks after returning the van John sent me a
video going 100mph on the motorway (I STILL
HAVE THAT VIDEO) saying there's nothing wrong
with it, he's obviously fixed the issues with
the van!!!!
I paid £14995 for this van John offered 12k to buy it
back off me! (ABSOLUTE JOKE)
I flat refused this as I was entitled to a full refund
under the Consumer Rights Act and his own
website!!! I had to file for a court claim against
John because he blocked me and would not return my money which I encoured £800 cost to the court. As soon as he got a summons from the court he paid me back the £14995 back but I'm still out of pocket over 1k for the delivery of the van there and back
