Hired for my wedding the chap didn’t tell us the AC was broken and not working (mid summer). We spent a lot of money for the day hire.
He even rushed the journey at the end when my wife came to my house. He refused to wait 5 minutes for the photographer.

Poor service , poor attitude and lack of empathy.

Fantastic service from start to finish, really responsive and offered an upgrade free of charge, driver was great on the day, would 100% recommend and use again in future

Responsiveness was amazing, the team at Platinum ET was always available and delivered exactly what they said they would. I received the car in Scotland without any issues. Car was spotless and ready to go. I rented a URUS S and the car had less than 3000 miles on it. The whole team was great. Recommend.

I booked a G63 for my wedding and the car was delivered on time in perfect condition and picked up at the time I requested. I was shown around the and guided by Omar who was there ready on the phone if there was any I had about the car also

Called pet for a Last minute wedding booking spoke to Mr Ali and he guided me through the cars that was available.

He gave me the best price and delivered the car for me. He picked it up when I had finished my night.

Legitimate and trustworthy prestigious car hire company in Birmingham. I hired a G63 on New Year’s Day and can honestly say the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Enam and Naz were the people that took care of the hire and I can’t praise them enough on the level of customer service they put forward. Will definitely recommend if your after a prestige rental 10/10

Well everything went smoth until i wanted to change car and they wanted a new deposit for that car stating that car was worth more . That was a red flag automatically . I asked them how does a hurucan have a bigger deposit then a Rolls Royce . They are already Delaying giving me back my deposit by ignoring me by not reading my messages and not even awnsering . Im doing this review without waiting much because i already know where this is going .

Awful service, do not recommend.

Pros: They offer to deliver and collect the car from you. Car was delivered and collected on time.

Cons: The car was delivered with a massive crack on the front windscreen. They gave no prior warning of this and acted as if it wasn't even an issue. The car itself on the inside wasn't even cleaned properly.

After I emailed my complaint communication from the company was extremely poor. I phoned and emailed several times just to get my deposit back, which normally gets returned for all customers within 1 week, however mine was returned after 2 months.

Their offer of a compensation was £200 off my next order with them, which frankly was a slap on the face. I declined this offer and said they should offer better compensation, which they agreed over the phone that something would be sorted out. But after 5 months they have still not offered anything else. Again communication from their side was almost non-existent, just being ignored which is not a nice feeling.

Hired two Lamborghinis for 4 days.

This transaction was made surprisingly easy from the very beginning to the very end. The customer service was available 24 hours a day. The staff, including owners, were very polite and professional.

There was a bulge on a tyre and they went out of their way to ensure there was no hassle to me in getting it fixed during my hire period.

Vehicles were complete head turners around Birmingham/Kent/Central London.

After this all-round great experience, I will definitely be hiring some more vehicles from this company.

The car was fantastic, Maj was a brilliant and attentive driver, would recommend him and Platinum every time for any occasion! Thanks for the day.

Haven't yet hired from them, but Juned's patience in handling my enquires was humbling. Making me feel important before even taking a car.

We had the pleasure of being chauffeured yesterday on my brothers Wedding, it was an absolutely beautiful journey back and forth to and from the wedding Venue.

Our drivers both Maj’s were such amazing people and made our journey even more enjoyable, they kept us very entertained and ensured we was very comfortable.

They spoke to us throughout the entire journey they had a fantastic sense of humour, they even went out of their way and found us at the end of the event to get us seated into the car, I would highly highly recommend this company especially the driver they are an absolute credit to the company.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Rented a vehicle for my wedding and the whole process was so smooth & the staff were all so helpful! Cannot recommend platinum executive Travel enough , very understanding with us having to cancel multiple times due to Covid our car was prompt driver was amazing will absolutely be using them again thanks so much for make Harry’s prom do special x

Worst place to hire a car honestly waste of time and not worth the hassle so much other better company’s out there this company will let you book a car in advance make you pay depo and couple days before the booking will let you down and won’t care about your booking or even try help you come out with excuses like double booking or system error talking from personal experience they will let you book the car but let’s say you book for a day and someone calls and wants to book it for 2-3 days they will give it to them instead as all they care about is the money not there customers no point in having a booking system if you will just let people down last minute honestly so disappointed with this company as I thought highly of them but not anymore please Guys if you are looking to book a car for a wedding or a personal event do not go to these guys they will screw you over had to right a review so what happened to me and other people I know won’t happen to you
