I bought 2 VIP tickets to the Black…
I bought 2 VIP tickets to the Black Coffee event one month ago and received a WhatsApp message confirming the successful purchase. However, I never received the tickets by email, and they were not showing up in the app either.
I tried contacting customer support through the app, but it was lagging, and I couldn’t even enter my email address. I had to log in on my desktop, and only after an hour of back-and-forth communication, deleting and reinstalling the app (as instructed by Platinumlist), was the issue finally resolved.
Now, imagine having to deal with all of this at the entrance to the venue!

You received a WhatsApp confirmation for your VIP tickets but couldn’t see them by email or in the app. You then spent an hour troubleshooting with a laggy app, and the thought of facing that at the venue entrance made it worse. Through the selecton/deselecting seats process, when trying to confirm and pay i was told 'i had purchased too many/maximum amount of tickets allowed' when i hadnt purchased any. At a very time-sensitive point when hundreds of people are snapping up seats- I had to retry with different accounts and different mobile numbers. On my 3rd attempt I thought I would be successfull, I clicked Benefit pay and then the next page said i was blocked by benefit pay. My 4th attempt was finally successful (another email, another mobile number), I purchased tickets but not the ones i originally wanted. lesser seats.
fault riddled, annoying process. fix the bugs in the system.

Enough reselling
People should not be able to purchase more than one ticket for any event because that allows for them to buy multiple tickets from different email addresses too, and then resell them for an inflated price. These are the people who are on the website from the first nanosecond to resell tickets and they themselves don’t attend, and it’s unfair to anyone who wants to enjoy an event.
If you are desperate enough you’ll pay the insane amount of money for a new ticket, but I think people also need to stop purchasing these tickets from resellers as it causes a feedback loop and lets them keep reselling.
I have been complaining about this for years because it is incredibly unfair to the consumer. For all the years I’ve been complaining and seeing this happen, I have not seen any improvement, and I have missed many events because if you get on the app or website even a minute late then the tickets will be sold out because people are buying multiple at once, and then you have to wait for the people who are reselling, which will price a BD10 ticket at BD110, and some people are actually paying, this needs to stop on everyone’s side.

Your reply that a refund is not accepted from the organizer is not convincing and seems to be just an excuse to make customers pay extra for a service they will not get. I will give the ticket to anyone to use and will not wait for any refund from you, as I no longer want the hassle of pursuing my refund.
