Platinum Valet - Approved Meet & Greet Operator Reviews 

Overall ok but too long waiting time. We called straight after landing while still on the plane. We arrived at the car park and still had to wait for 25 min. In the text message we received was stated around 35 min from the time of the call but this was greatly underestimated. There was no traffic as we landed during the night but the driver told us that they arrive late as the car park is very expensive at the airport and they don't want to wait. I'm not sure we will use it again.

Perfect customer service from start to finish. Driver was there waiting at both drop off and pick up with our car returned as we left it. Would highly recommend.

Amazing staff! Harry was very helpful and the price is better than other car parks, only 3 min walking to the valet parking and they always very kind and helpful! The best car park in Birmingham airport. Me and my family have parked with them 6 times now, the only police approved valet parking with gated car park so the cars are secured when you’re away and amazing discounts if you are a return customer ;) thank you harry for making or trip easy and 0 stressful. A little sceptical but used this service, based on good reviews. The service works well, it's well organised and the staff are great. When we fly out of Birmingham in future (if their rates are still competitive), then we will use again. Drop off & pick-up if close to terminal so a few minutes to walk to departures. Happy to recommend.

The whole process was pretty slick and well organised, rates were competitive and would most definitely use again. It was right near the terminal so only a few minutes to walk over to the terminal. Hami was friendly and very helpful, explained the process as we hadn't used this service before. Highly recommend!

Everything worked as it should and updates as and when necessary. Staff were friendly and efficient and delivery/pick up point was perfect.

Very poor experience with Platinum Valet. The driver was significantly late when collecting my car. As an apology for the delay, they explicitly promised me a complimentary car wash. However, when I got my vehicle back, it hadn't been washed at all. They failed on the original service and failed to deliver on the compensation they promised.

Great service. One of the best meet and greet car parking companies we have used. We did have to wait a little while (around 15mins) when we got to the drop off to been seen too, but the staff were friendly and doing their best to get through people quickly but thoroughly. On return the cars were waiting for us / staff were very tentative and ensured we were happy with the cars before driving off.

Drop off and collection was ok, I never understand why the key ring has to be split from the key fob but never mind. Car was there when I arrived back, but there was litter in the passenger footwell which has still not been addressed or apologised for. Would look for an alternative operator next time.

The whole experience was perfect from arrival to departure The only downside was the convoluted route to the terminal without adequate signage

We used platinum for our recent flight from bhx. Overall I'd say the service was good but we had to wait well over 30 mins when we dropped the car off, even though we rang ahead and provided them with our ETA. We had to wait for them again on the return home, although this was quicker.

Terrible experience. Called to say we arrived and agent said we would be delayed getting cases which did not happen. Had multiple calls whilst working thru airport saying we had to pay him to get our car. Eventually got to car park and was told we had to pay to get our key. Once I rang the police he decided to give me the key and say we had one minute to leave the car park. Luckily all the conversations was heard by police who have opened a case for extorting money. Avoid this company

Do not use this company, please heed my warning. I drop my car off on the 12th of June 2026 and the car was inspected and I was told my car was in good working order. This included a photograph of the screen where the mileage was displayed and I also took a photograph of this. There were no warning lights displayed. A couple of days into the holiday my Ford app registered my tyre beginning to deflate which was worrying. Upon returning to the airport after our holiday we met the operative who returned the car and he made no mention of the fact that there had been a warning light until I asked him. He then said yes there had been a warning light on, but he had cleared it. I then inspected my tyre and there was clearly a nail in the tyre. The operative called the manager who showed up and made it clear this was not their issue or fault. I pointed out the obvious that it was handed in, in perfect order and now returned to me in a condition not fit to drive (as the type was ay 19PSI well below the Ford dangerous to drive on level). The friendly attitude changed and the manager denied everything including that vehicles are checked on arrival. I said I was not happy and would complain and he just smiled and said it would come to him and we would get the same response, which is exactly what happened. I asked what was I to do now with a 128 mile journey and an unsafe car and he told me it was not his problem and he also added that we had 10 minutes to leave the parking area or face further charges. As I said please heed my warning and stay well clear.

Excellent service, very efficient and friendly staff and perfect location. Will be using them again for my September holiday.

Great communication from the moment I booked. Very polite staff took great care of vehicle. Drop off checks very efficient. Would definately recommend & will be using them again.

As a solo female traveller, the experience at Platinum Valet was safe, convenient, friendly and excellent and I cannot rate them highly enough. What a service, thank you!
