De godkjente ikke verifiseringen min uten noen som helst grunn. Så nå har pengene bare stått der i 2-3 måneder. Kundeservice virker fullstendig inkompetent og nettsiden lagger. Fikk også en bonus av de som jeg vant 5000kr på, når jeg skulle cashe ut forsvant bare pengene «sporløst». Har brukt 500kr hos de så er ikke krise, men faen for noen luringer. Ignorer alt av kommentarer de legger ut her på trustpilot, det er bare lureri. Norsk statsborger btw

Do not waste your time and money with BoaBet. They run free prediction games (FreePicks) but intentionally use misleading and poorly translated terms in Hungarian to screw players out of their winnings.When you win based on the exact text displayed on your screen, they reject your entry by referring to internal English rules that completely contradict the local translation.Case 1: They asked for a "shot" (kapura lövés) and then claimed it had to be a "shot on target".Case 2: They asked for a "tackle" (szerelés) and then claimed an unsuccessful attempt counted as a tackle.When you point out the translation error, their live support admits they have no authority, and their email support is so incompetent they can't even read a screenshot. Their system showed "FT | 0" (0 Free Bet Tokens), and the support staff tried to claim it said "FT10" because they mistook a graphic layout separator line for the number 1!Total amateurs and scammers who refuse to pay out when they lose. Avoid this shady bookmaker!

Having a 6.25 eur betting restriction on casino bonus money is plain bad practice. 1.6k euro got confiscated due to me breaching that rule by betting bigger than 6.25 eur. Especially a deposit bonus restriction.

I want to share my experience because this has been very frustrating.
I have received a bonus multiple times, and each time I completed the wagering requirements as instructed. Despite this, I am still being told that my funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
The rules are not clearly explained, and the requirements seem to change or reset without proper notice. This makes it very difficult to understand what is actually needed to withdraw your own money.
From a user perspective, this feels unfair and misleading. It should be simple: if the requirements are completed, withdrawals should be allowed without further complications.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and that more transparency is provided to users in the future.

OK site, until you try to withdraw your winnings
I have been a customer of this site since the start, but recently they withdraw time has gone up double or triple the time it used to be.
On this site you can cancel your withdraws, because they are not sent out in the first 24-48h, and they use this trick on players hoping that they'd log back in to cancel it and lose it all. You cannot disable this "feature".
Be cautious, these kinda bookies usually find a way to scam you if you eventually hit big.

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in Boabet.
I placed a bet on Juventus Over 7.5 shots on target (regular time) in the Juventus vs Galatasaray match. All major statistical providers – including Opta and other widely recognized platforms – recorded 8 shots on target in regular time. During the match, Boabet’s own platform also clearly displayed 8 shots on target.
Despite this, the bet was settled as a loss, claiming Juventus had only 7 shots on target.
When every major stats provider shows 8, and even your own live platform showed 8, but the bet is graded as 7 without transparent documentation, it raises serious concerns about consistency and fairness.
Other bookmakers settled the same market as a win.
After 10 years as a customer, I expected better transparency and accountability. Instead, I am left feeling misled and disappointed.
Unless this is properly clarified with official documentation of the exact data source used for settlement, Boabet has lost a long-term customer. Delete my account please as I will be going over to other platforms where they actually don't rob their own customers.
