Play Boabet Reviews

Hold dere langt unna Boabet, elendig kundeservice.

Require for documents, but when delivered they don't accept it. In couple times different kind of documents delivered but still not enough. Always something wrong... avoid unregulated in you country gambling websites...

I need help!
I made a mistake in my account blocked for 6 months. I want to open.

They deducted €294.25 from my account without any explanation. When I contacted support, they claimed I "knew the result of the matches"—what kind of nonsense is that? So now, if you win, they just take your money and make up excuses? Absolute scam. Avoid this site at all costs.

BoaBet is a scam site, never use it. If you were migrated from Unibet never deposit money, and warn all your friends never to make an account with them.

They arbitrarily decline withdrawals and keep your money hostage.
I don't understand how they think they'll be able to retain customers this way.

They clearly lack long term vision if they think short term scamming their own customers is more profitable than keeping their customers long term. Not to mention what it does for their reputation.
Obviously I'll never deposit another cent to them for the rest of my life, and you shouldn't either.

With 20+ years as a sports-better this is the first time I've been denied withdrawals. The most important thing in this business is trust, and they've lost it. Without that they have absolutely nothing worth paying for.

I had an account on unibet.com with a balance of more than 3500 euros (I don't want to disclose the exact amount), I decided to log in to it to withdraw money, since they had been there for a long time. Recently I discovered that my account no longer exists on unibet.com and the support service says that my account was transferred to boabet.com since they left the Latvian market and told me to contact boabet.com, I contacted them and they tell me that they cannot find such an account, unibet.com also says that such an account does not exist! Well, how does it not exist, if I have all the confirmations on the email, how I communicated with the support to pass verification, when the account was registered and so on. What should I do? Nobody warned me or informed me that my account was deleted or would be transferred. Absurd.

I placed a bet on an NBA game for over 225.5 points, but the total score was only 128. Instead of paying out my winnings, they claim that a “global error” caused my bet to be settled as a loss. As compensation, they offer just €35 in credit, even though I wagered €2000. This is a complete scam… No one should bet here!

If you want to report them, you can do so with the MGA or contact Dear Dumarca Gaming Limited, the company behind them, at compliance@gamesysgroup. com or call +356 2778 1498. You can also file a complaint with the Maltese police, as this clearly qualifies as fraud.

I have already reported the case today to both the police and the MGA.

Its a scam, they suddenly restricted my account and 800 euro... Stay away!

If you live in Canada the only way that you can withdraw money is if you have a bank account in another country that uses IBAN. For example I have a Sterling bank account with HSBC UK and right on their web page they gave their IBAN and Swift code and I was able to withdraw my Canadian dollars and they were deposited into my Sterling bank account.

You cant even withdraw money on your visa card. Scam site deluxe, miss the old unibet.

Unibet sent account there after 10+ years and hundreds of thousands in deposits and withdrawals.

20+ years online gaming. Never seen this.

These people are a 1000% scam!!!

No withdrawal option Canada. Nothing.

500€ unable to withdraw. Impossible.

Customer support same response over and over.

7 days same response.

Good day ,

Thank you for reaching out Boabet.

Upon checking the status is under progress, made a follow up with the relative/responsible department. We'll keep you posted.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Kind Regards,
Christian
Customer Care Boa Bet

I had a season bet on the Unibet site, but after Boabet took over Norwegian customers, and they did the migration from Unibet to Boabet, my bet is gone. Nowhere to be found. And there's no help from customer service. They continue to deflect, and not answering any of the my questions.
Avoid at all cost!

Complete fraud. Big, big avoid. Terrible costumer support and it seems like they set the scores as they want. No possibility to complain after the wrong score is set (and wrong explanation has been given as feedback).

Very misleading bonus offers. No live support at evenings.

I deposited to a 100% bonus up to 550NOK, no real warning that it is only for sport betting, and that that you need to wager real money before getting the bonus released to then wager.

"read the terms before..." Yes, on this site, you should read the terms before and if you decide to waste your money on their site.

Should find yourself another casino to play casino games on that keep things clear and don't mislead customers.

This is the worst gambling site I have ever played on. The site from iPhone is a buggy mess, slot games restarting or crashing. Also the customer support is slow and unhelpful. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my withdrawal and nothing arrived yet. 3 days ago I have written an email about the issue and I still haven’t got any reply. As soon as I get my money I will probably close my account, this site is terrible.
