It’s a great platform that helps students want to practice math. Customer service has an excellent response time and is very helpful.

I emailed customer support regarding a purchasing question. They responded quickly, efficiently and professionally. All my concerns were addressed, and the purchase was made in a very short period of time.

They're very prompt and professional with handling customer concerns. I truly appreciate the way the handle my concerns and followed up to be sure all was good.

I love it so much i used it so much before instead of roblox but now the updates make it less fun and nostalgic can you make a nostalgic event please

im filing a complaint i would like to play moonlight fest but i cant because whenever i join i look and i dont see it even when it's here i see my friends playing it they're haveing fun i feel very sad and left out SO FIX THIS ISSUE NOW

They are NOT good about helping cancel memberships. We thought what we were signing up for was something she was supposed to have access to for school. When we found out that wasn’t the case and called shortly after we signed up, we were told they couldn’t cancel our membership. Wasn’t pleased at all.

I am a mother of 4 children who accidentally purchased the ultra year membership that was $167! I panicked because this is so much money for me. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them in minutes, did not use the service and they would not give me a refund. I have spoken to several people and they act as if they are helpless. All they keep saying is it was purchased through Apple who they cannot communicate with to give me a refund. It’s a cowardly tactic for a company. I now cannot buy food for my children. They do not care about people at all. Horrible company.

Great personal customer service

My child really loved Prodigy for many years and she treated it both like a game and also a learning tool - we accidentally let the subscription renew (she's older now and wasn't using the site anymore) so I quickly asked to get a refund. Prodigy quickly refunded the annual fee and there was no hassle. I recommend!

Great app for my children, they learn as they play. I like a lot how as a parent, I can set goals for them and then reward them in the app as they achieve them. It's just great! Their customer service team are quick and thorough solving any request that I've made them.

I spend a whole year worth on prodigy I got max lvl defeated the hardest boss and then just boom all my progress GONE all my pets Gone and I was only lvl 7 plus the membership is so expensive 250$ per month and it dose not even help in the learning

The students at my school absolutely love Prodigy! It helps them level-up their math skills in a fun and engaging way. Any time I've had questions, their customer support team has been prompt and helpful.

My kid really loves this game and asked that we upgrade to the paid version. It is really fun to play with a good story and he learned math along the way. We hadn't used the paid subscription in a while and then we got charged again for the next year, and I asked them to refund it and cancel the subscription even though we love the game, and they very quickly refunded us and had excellent customer service! He still plays, but it's with the schools subscription now.

My kids both love the Prodigy game, my daughter started playing it at school and begged for the membership to play at home. Now it’s part of our daily requirements before screen time and both my kids are grasping the concepts really well! The insights on the parent app are great for showing you areas that need support.
I had an issue with the membership, but when I reached out I got immediate help (thank you Precious!) and managed to get everything resolved. Definitely buy your membership through the site and access the parent portal app—don’t buy through Apple.

It is now about membership and you have to pay. The game is pay to win game. I hate it when people try to play for free but barley get anything good. But when you have membership you can get better things. Some people can't pay it is unfair. I do not like the game and will not play again.

Kids enjoyed the content for years. Always seem to work unlike a lot of other apps. When it came time to cancel, that went seamless also. Good app
