My son loves this game! Its engaging and the questions are right on target for helping his math skills grow! When I experienced an issue they solved it in about 10min and responded very quickly!

I have been using Prodigy in my classroom for 12 years now and my students love it. I love that they are learning and having fun at the same time. I also love how Prodigy continues to add engaging content for the students. Prodigy also has safety measures in place for the parents, teachers, and students.

I had an issue with my membership and Jorene replied very quickly, outside of normal business hours, to help me out. My kids love playing Prodigy and wanted the full experience. I'd much rather spend my money on this than Robux. Thanks Jorene and Prodigy!

My nephew loved the product and learned a lot. The interactive applications and ability to monitor progress were very insightful. Their support team is very responsive and attentive to customer concerns and requests. Highly recommend for all families and educators!

My children did had a lot of fun playing and learning math for grade 2 and 3.

My favorite game so far, it has taught me math and gotten me far ahead. If I struggle with a problem, the hint is usually enough to teach me and let me get the question right. The game and content overall is awesome, and new content releases often enough. The support team isn't that good, but sometimes they are really helpful. Sometimes though, they completely ignore me, which isn't good. But, both the fun part and learning part of the game is great.

The game is very rigged and the level was so scripted that it was like i was destined to lose pls fix it so that it would be fair

Getting my students loaded in was super easy! When a problem arises in the program they are quick to remedy and explain what the problem was and how to fix it. I love this platform!

Prodigy is amazing. My child loves it and it's educational! You can even see what they're doing with a parent account, which, apart from being neat, is useful and tells me how I can help my child succeed.
My child sneaks onto the laptop to get onto Prodigy, and when I catch her, I secretly smile.
This is a fool-proof way to get your children into studying, and fast.
My child has increased her math knowledge by grade levels, in fact. Prodigy challenges children into thinking, tactics, new situations, and it's fun.
As a parent, I actually like playing Prodigy from time to time.
I do have to add that it is a 'pay to win' type of game, but you can still get items that are okay. And, more importantly, my child has learned lots since she started.

My kids enjoyed Prodigy until they grew out of it. When they grew out of it, canceling the subscription was also easy. Customer service is great.

this game is stupid it does not give you a chance to redo even If you miss type and that is so annoying it is a wast of time

When my daughter was in second grade her teacher really utilized Prodigy and she loved it. She was having a hard time with math and didn’t enjoy it but the game made it fun and really helped her learn without making it feel arduous. Unfortunately, now that she’s in 3rd grade and with a different teacher she’s lost interest. But I’d highly recommend it. And the membership was worth it. We missed the deadline for cancelling it but Angel helped refund the charge ASAP. Excellent customer service.

The sign up process is easy, they also provide a decent price per child for premium. I used Prodigy for a boost during the summer so there wasn't as big a gap when the kids came back to school. I was also able to easily ask for a refund when I didn't want to continue my subscription. I really like the whole process.

As a homeschool family we love Prodigy! My boys have loved it for years. I think their customer service is great, thank you to Andrew for going above & beyond with all my questions. He helped me out right away, was not put on hold & helped to set up the premium membership. We highly recommend for all things game/learning!! Thank you!!

I have been familiar with Prodigy for 3 years. I purchased 2 subscriptions and renewals for my grandsons. Sadly, they have outgrown the game but the email was linked to their mom and I missed the invoice email. I remembered 2 days after but was unable to reach them by phone. Dan was able to cancel my subscription and auto-renewal. He was professional and understanding. The credits were on my account the next day.

My grandsons loved this game and the customer service from purchasing, renewing and cancelling over the years was flawless.

I just wanted to delete my account entirely. It was done. Fast response and no issues.

Absolute scam !! We 100% purchased a one time offer and they automatically took money from my credit card on “auto enrolment “” criminals

Yves was phenomenal to work with. I had an issue with billing (two memberships started at different times and one I wanted to upgrade). Yves helped solve my issue and complete things quickly and easily. After the upgrade, things were not showing correctly on my son’s account (it looked like he was completely starting over from scratch) and I reached out and Yves responded within 12 hours ON CHRISTMAS DAY! Holy smokes, talk about customer service (and making my son incredibly happy that he had all of his pets and items back. 10 stars for help and support. Thank you, Yves!

I had a membership issue that Dan from Prodigy resolved quickly. It was incredible customer service, and on Christmas Day no less! What a wonderful company. Although my children have aged out of their products, I will strongly recommend them to other families based off this experience alone.
