The customer service is absolutely top notch. Replied within an hour on Twitter, even before 9am on a Saturday. Resolved issue incredibly quickly with no fuss at all. Cannot be faulted in any way.

I have been waiting for over ~1 week for my money to end up in the Hyperwallet, which it still has to do. I have over 120$ in this company which I can't get because it's not even showing up in my Hyperwallet to redeem. This company is a major scam, avoid them at all costs. Luckily my bank declined your attempt.
Please do not try again, as I did not subscribe.
Unfortunately, I was late to submit proof to you on time before the deadline expired which would have been yesterday ( on a Sunday) I only read the emails today. I am happy to submit the proof immediately now if accepted.
