Misleading sellers and terrible customer service
Update: Despite them replying to this review saying they’d take another look, they continue to lie to me and say they’re waiting for PayPal to respond, then try to say the appeal is “waiting for buyer”, before finally just ghosting me for three weeks. By far the most anti-consumer third-party key site I’ve ordered from. Stay far away if you value not getting scammed.
Tried to buy a Steam key for Deadpool since it isn’t sold on Steam itself anymore, and the seller says it’s the “licensed copy”. What I got instead? A glorified pirated copy that has a great big warning banner when you look up its app ID on SteamDB, and a launcher entirely in Russian that basically gives you the middle finger by refusing to actually install the EXE file needed to run the freaking game. When I try to raise a complaint? “That’s exactly what I advertised, quit whining.” Thinking I’d have better luck with support itself, I provide ample proof of a defective product, including a video from installation to attempted startup, that what I received is not what I paid for. Their response, and I quote: "Since the game is delisted, the required files are not always included or updated automatically […] Because the key has been redeemed and the game is marked as playable, we’re unable to change the order status." Because apparently delisted games just don’t include the files needed for them to freaking work, despite many more actually licensed copies install and play perfectly fine after being delisted. To make matters worse, they’re basically ignoring the ticket I raised that produced the “oh, it clearly works” issue despite responding just fine to other inquiries. Also very telling that it says I gave the seller a 5-star review on their site despite there being no option to actually leave a review myself. Absolutely will not buy from them again.

We’d like to clarify a few important details regarding your claim.
You opened a PayPal dispute yourself, and every update we’ve shared has come directly from PayPal’s system. When PayPal marks a case as “waiting for buyer,” that means they are expecting information from you — not from us.
On our side, we provided PayPal with exactly the evidence they requested, and PayPal confirmed that the documentation met their requirements. Once a dispute is opened, PayPal takes full control of the process, and both parties must wait for their decision. If the buyer does not submit the evidence PayPal asks for, the case is automatically closed in favor of the seller. That is PayPal’s policy, not something we influence.
Nothing has been ignored or “ghosted.” We’ve followed every step of the dispute procedure, and the final outcome is determined solely by PayPal.

Bigboygames don't buy anything from him. Been waiting 24h for him to deliver an account. I requested a refund as he it was marked delivered and it wasn't then he messaged me saying he can't give access now cause refund has been started I was able to cancel refund in settings I messaged him back to say there I've canceled refund now he's not messaging back. Order number #90980.
Edit. In no way shape or form is this a negative review for vbrae it was more out of frustration from the sellers rudeness towards me as a costumer. Hopefully they will be able to better police there site to hold sellers accountable and I'll be back

I've just discovered this Web site a few days ago and i was able to find exactly what I was looking for ! So I've done another order with another seller and the delivery took place in less than five minutes... Last but not least, VBRAE.COM refunded me immediately after my report ticket was sent : so 100% satisfied in all aspects with VBRAE.COM which I recommend strongly !
