Founded in 1919 by Sam Plesser, one of America’s oldest appliance stores is still going strong, while scores of competitors have gone out of business. Eric was super helpful and patient as a salesman. He took care of every detail. Jose from the delivery company was courteous, thorough, and efficient. The whole Plessers experience was, as usual, terrific. I’m glad to do business locally.

Plesser’s only uses the best service people.
All 3 delivery men were courteous, knowledgeable and hardworking. They did an excellent job delivering and installing my washer and dryer, even removing and reinstalling my basement railing. They also patiently explained how to use the new units.

We have dealt with Eric C. for years. When we emailed him that we needed a new refrigerator, he asked what we were looking for. I sent him what we needed and he responded right back with a couple options and brands that fit us. We stopped in to pick and pay. A very easy process and the price as fantastic.

Wow what a great place to do business with!! Eugene the manager is a great! We ordered all of our appliances from here. They were all shipped to Northwest Iowa, were undamaged and in working condition. I would recommend doing business with them again. It was a great experience.

My product, which arrived in perfect condition and with a very qualified delivery service was billed many days before it was shipped by you, a little different from what was advertised. I am on the West Coast so we had to wait for the product to arrive as well.

Great price and service
I ready knew what stove and microwave I wanted so that made my shopping experience easy. The salesman took me right to the items I wanted and the price was the best one I had gotten. The installation price was in line with all other places I had visited. The delivery and installation was done neatly and quick. I will be a customer again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible service was provided after issues I experienced with my delivery. No effort was made to refund me for the upgraded delivery service I paid for after the service was not rendered. Complete scam. Daniel L., (the supposed “Escalations Coordinator) refused to provide me with his last name or employee ID and refused to escalate my case. Buyer beware! I would have loved to have this issue resolved with a simple refund of the upgraded delivery charge, but unfortunately Daniel L. refused to do so. Make sure you make your purchase with Plessers with a credit card company that has a good claims department. First and last purchase with Plessers for me.

Shipping was incredibly slow
Shipping was incredibly slow. They didn’t notify me that my Bosch range wasn’t arriving after I had purchased it until a week later, because I called to find out when it was coming. Took over a month to arrive.
