Founded in 1919 by Sam Plesser, one of America’s oldest appliance stores is still going strong, while scores of competitors have gone out of business. Top-notch sales & delivery
From the moment we walked in the door at Plesser's Babylon showroom to the actual delivery - the appliance purchasing experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. We worked with Emily DiGiovanna in the showroom for product selection. She was knowledgeable, presented us with multiple options and overall pleasant to work with. The delivery team arrived on time, were efficient and careful bringing the appliances into the house. Cannot recommend Plesser's more highly!

The salesman Gerard and Pete were knowledgeable about the product. The Delivery man Doug and his partner removed the old Sub Zero refrigerator. Installed the new Kitchen Aid. Leveled the new unit, hooked up the water line for the icemaker, modified my kitchen cabinet. Ordered me a new grill because of a small dent they found when removingfrom box. Great Mechanic

Customer Service did not meet expectations
Had to deal with a manufacturers replacement. Plesser's dealt with it on their end, in which I got the run around and an excuse of item being back ordered. After reaching out to the manufacturer myself, the item was not back ordered. Plesser's was then able to magically deliver the product the following week. After 3 months of excuses.

Great delivery!
Got an email the night before saying it would be delivered between 7&9 am. They came at 7am sharp. I was really expecting a time somewhere around after 9. These 2 guys were fast and checked out the washer before leaving.
