Founded in 1919 by Sam Plesser, one of America’s oldest appliance stores is still going strong, while scores of competitors have gone out of business. Our experience was excellent
Our experience was excellent. Pricing was very fair, knowledge of products was excellent and all in all a good experience. There was an issue on one of the products in terms of delivery and they solve the problem immediately.
I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and install
From start to finish, the service to install our new oven was great.
I really appreciate the text notifications for estimated arrival time, and notification to inform when the technician was on his way and expected arrival time.
The technician was very polite, efficient and quick installing the oven. He also found an effective solution to eliminate a half inch gap in the cut out space for the new oven.
Thank you very much for the excellent service and install.

Perhaps the best one-stop shop for high-end appliances
I'd been shopping for high-end appliances for a complete kitchen remodel, but we had no stores nearby that offered the brands we were most interested in. Plesser's offers an extensive range of brands, very competitive pricing, and nationwide delivery services that were important to us. On the day of my order, Meghan worked with me over the phone, helping me with my final questions about a specific Thermador range and a range hood with blower and chimney options.

Got my oven delivered earlier
Plessers originally scheduled a delivery date that was 3 weeks out. I called because I do not currently have an oven and asked if an earlier date was possible. Plessers reached out to a new delivery company and now delivery is scheduled in a couple days (2 weeks earlier than the original date). Thanks!

Overall, I am happy with my experience with Plessers, Eric, my sales man was very helpful. I did alot of research, other appliance stores, and Consumer Reports. Eric matched a lower price and I finalized the deal. Delivery and installation was perfect. The delivery installers were on time, careful, polite and professional.
