Founded in 1919 by Sam Plesser, one of America’s oldest appliance stores is still going strong, while scores of competitors have gone out of business. The transaction went smoothly and I was even given a discount on the protection plan without asking BUT - it's probably out of Plesser's control but I was told the range would be delivered between 4/22 and 4/28 - it was delivered late in the afternoon on 4/29. Make sure you really don't need it ASAP before you place an order.

I have bought appliances through the years from Plesser’s with positive results. I must say your sales manager Gene was outstanding this Monday when my Samsung refrigerator died. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Due to the certain specs I needed he, on the phone, completely helped me with the model and had it delivered within less than 2 days! 2nd time ordering appliances with in 5 years. First time everything went well.

Communication sucks
mostly with shipping, I understood shipping was 3rd party, when I ordered understood could be a week to get appliances, NOT longer. Been a week received email stating with in next 10 days. Have not received a call of when to expect. NOT ACCEPTIBLE. I have reached out to salesman MULTIPLE times and have no expected date.
