Founded in 1919 by Sam Plesser, one of America’s oldest appliance stores is still going strong, while scores of competitors have gone out of business. Jose and his partner arrived ON TIME
Jose and his partner arrived ON TIME!
They unloaded my washer and brought it in carefully but quickly without banging into any walls. They were courteous and prompt and even moved our dryer to the garage as a courtesy. All in less than a half hour! This is the kind of service I appreciate but don’t receive much nowadays. Thank you Jose and partner! Job well done!!

Sales person Meg was professional and helpful. She answered all our questions and did her best to give us the best price and delivery date. The Delivery service as well as the delivery itself was on time and well done. A pleasant experience. Love my new Fridgidare Range !

Changed my delivery date to a day…
Changed my delivery date to a day later. Then the very next day contacted me to deliver part of my delivery to the original delivery date. Was given instructions to leave the appliance in a screened in room in the backyard. Did not leave the appliance inside the room, it was left outside on the steps. Thank goodness the weather cooperated and nothing became wet. I had to move the appliance inside myself!
The night before my delivery, I was never contacted for a delivery time!
Thank goodness the delivery people called me that very morning to give me their estimated arrival.
Plesser’s was extremely unprofessional in how they handled my purchase and delivery!
I complained to no avail, further supports my thoughts that Plesser does not care about how they treat their customers. After all this, I never even received a phone call to follow up.
The only positive in this situation was the installer was very kind, neat and professional!
