Kept us informed. Delivery was on time. Driver Jose and helper were neat efficient and careful with both taking out the old and bringing in the new appliance and set up was clean fast and efficient.

Bad Customer Service
Their website showed washer and dryer as in stock. We are 7 weeks in and they just now shipped. Communication was nonexistent unless I reached out to them. I asked for a credit for the install or some sort of discount for the delay and hassle and they flat out said no. I asked several times to speak to a manager. I was told one would call me back but they have not. I just got an email back saying when it would ship. Very frusturating customer service experience and I would not order from them again based on their lack of owership of a bad situation and the lack of being able to speak with a manager when I had an issue.
