Always a pleasure dealing with Plessers. Extremely communicative from the sale to the delivery and installation day and time. Constant updates on day of delivery.

After ordering 3 kitchen appliances I realized that the handles on the appliances were all different. I called the salesman Eric the next day and he was fantastic by helping us change the order to get the same handles. The order was delivered by two friendly guys who unwrapped everything outside, took the empty boxes and were very attentive to whatever my wife and I needed. This was my first time using Plessers and they are my new appliance place. Very nice experience after using P.C. Richard’s or Best Buy for 30 years.

We recently purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Plesser’s, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, Emily was absolutely unbelievable—knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we got exactly what we needed. Her attention to detail and follow-through made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth.

The two young men were professional. They were so careful to not damage my walls or the appliance. They worked so well together. Jose was so knowledgeable and both were so pleasant. Most importantly very polite to me and each other. Additionally, they picked up after each other. They put everything back exactly as they found it. They made sure everything worked properly before they left. Also I was contacted the night before and the morning of through text and email. It was an excellent experience.

We brought the model number of our existing wall unit A/C into the store. The sales rep matched the existing unit with the newer model. We paid and left. When the installer arrived, he asked if we purchased based on price or size. I replied, "size". The installer told us the new model is smaller and inferior in performance (Lexus versus Toyota), and that a better model with the same dimensions was available. I don't know why the sales rep didn't offer us that information and option. The new model was installed fine; installer did a very nice job. The new unit, unfortunately, is much louder and rattles. I feel as if the goal was to make a quick sale, with little regard for customer needs and desires.

I was unhappy with the operation of a washing machine I purchased previously. I took my concerns to customer support and the person I dealt with went out of her way to be sure that Plessers did not loose me as a customer and made sure I was totally satisfied with their fix for my problem.
I’ve always dealt with local business’s and that’s one of the reasons I have dealt with Plessers for over 25 years.

Salesperson was helpful. Installation was quick and professional.
