I rarely leave feedback on here but feel compelled to shout about the quality service offered by Plumbinbits.

We’ve a toilet that’s been causing us havoc for ages. Tried everywhere to source the part I assumed was required (to say I have limited plumbing knowledge would be doing the word limited a disservice), before happening across your site. Instantly found the flush valve I was after, and at a price that seemed to be way, way below the competitors. Part was dispatched same day and with me the next.

Ordered a toilet lid which had 1 broken part, and needed it fitting ahead of a house gathering.

I was able to submit the photo online while on the phone to Dave, who sorted out a next day replacement there and then, and clearly showed the importance of resolving the issue (this doesn’t typically happen while you’re on the phone to a company).

Good prices when compared to direct from the manufacturer.

Not sure how they have come up with this I'm baffled instead of dealing with the broken seat. Not good

I ordered a small part which was faulty and I had to ask for a refund straight away. I was impressed by how quickly they responded and processed the refund. Great service!

Exemplary Customer Service

A Heritage toilet seat that I bought from them had to be returned because it wouldn't fit the pan. This was despite Heritage assuring me it would. I now have a full refund and all was dealt with very efficiently.

It is when things go wrong (even though it wasn't Plumbinbits fault) that you measure how good customer service is.

I ordered a replacement toilet seat late afternoon on 20 December. The package arrived 10am on 22 December. Fitted in 15 mins and I now have a functioning toilet in time for Christmas. Thank you.

Delivery mishap says it was delivered according to the delivery company, but not arrived. Talked to PlumbingBits, they sent out a copy of original items ordered which was a big order of toilet doghnuts came a couple days later no problem thanks so much even though we know it was100% a courrier issue. Very much apprectiated,

I bought a Heritage soft close wc hinge which unfortunately developed a fault. After sending a video of the fault, PlumbinBits immediately contacted Heritage who agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately this took some weeks to arrive and, after a few chases (hence 4 and not 5 stars) with Heritage still having not sent a new part to PlumbinBits, they agreed to send a new replacement rather than wait any longer. Overall a good service, marred slightly by the time delay.

ordered a new replacement syphon for a cistern, arrived on time and worked.

PlumbinBits once again proved to be very reliable - sending the right product, at the right price and sending it quickly! I'll be back!
