Plungechill Reviews

Great experience, dealing with your company and your product!

Great product and prompt customer service

The chiller works great, is very easy to use and operate, and the customer service is exceptional; they helped me with any questions I had.

Plungechill was very easy to setup. Very convenient when you need a quick setup without any hassles. Highly recommended.

Cold plunging is an invigorating challenge. The summers get rather warm in parts of Colorado and the cold plunge kept us from having sleepless nights due to the heat. I have not committed to cold plunging every day like my husband but I know there is value there. The customer service team has been very helpful in finding a quick solution when an issue came up with the lid leaking air.

I’m very happy with my new cold plunge! The quality is excellent, setup was easy, and the customer support has been outstanding. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers both a great product and great service. Highly recommend!

It has been about a week that I started using my plunechill. I am very pleased with it. It was easy for me to set up. I’m enjoying it daily. It was definitely worth the money for me.

It is like having a personal cold mountain lake to get in. 37°f is the best. If im not questioning who I REALLY am by second 37. Then im not plunging. I like to say. THIS IS YOUR MOMENT! And then indouble down. I stay in.. i plunge. 3 mins at least. Never plunged longer than 9 minutes. On hot summer nights when the heat it to intense to sleep. 3 minutes at 39° will solve that problem. Welcome to REM sleep. At 110° at 11p.m. THE BEST BACK YARD ACCESSORY YOU CAN BUY! PERIOD

They are always responsive and attentive to your needs. Even if it takes a day or two to get back to you, they make sure to provide all the necessary information, keeping you informed and giving you peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Great company, they exchanged my chiller when it was defective, fast response and quick delivery’s

I got it fast

Great product for the price. Bath is good and sturdy once filled with water. Chiller is very quiet and easy to use.
The fittings take a little effort to get tight and prevent from leaking. Once set-up, it is great.

I had such a great experience with PlungeChill, especially thanks to Serena. She was incredibly patient with me through the entire reorder and exchange process, and she handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. When I needed an exchange, she shipped it out immediately—no delays, no hassle, just thoughtful, timely service.

The product is fantastic, but the customer care is what truly sets this company apart. Serena made the whole experience smooth, stress‑free, and genuinely pleasant. I’m grateful for her help and highly recommend Plunge Chill to anyone looking for both quality equipment and exceptional support. I love my pro tub!!!

I have had a couple rubber pods that were ok but never a great cold plunge experience. This Tub is big enough that I can extend my body and get the real chilly experience. I added a chiller which attaches to the dual connectors on the tub and it has been my best experience by far. It's only been 4 weeks so we will find out if this product is long lasting too.

Very happy with my Plunge chill max bundle! Tub is a good size and the chiller was easy to set up and my temperature stays right at 48° i use it 4x a week and love it!

Easy set up. Working perfectly from the very first time turning the power on.

I can’t say enough good things about Plunge Chill customer service and their products! They have been very quick to respond and have resolved the issue we contacted them for completely. As for our Plunge Chill pod, our whole family uses it often, and many of our friends have taken the plunge too. If you haven’t tried cold plunges before you will be shocked at the benefits it gives and how good you will feel even after one use. We use ours multiple times a week. The Plunge Chill pod is easy to set up and maintain, and looks good too. Highly recommend!

I’m very impressed with the quality of the product and the ease of set up. Everything is high quality. Post set up and the chiller dropped my water temperature from 80 to 50 in in under three hours ✔️

Had a few issues during set up and reached out to support. Everything was handled via email. Support provided fast and clear responses. They were also proactive in expediting any needed parts. After troubleshooting all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. 10/10 for the product and support.

The product works better than advertised, and is very easy to setup. No hassle at all; and whenever I had a question customer service was quick to respond. I’m beyond satisfied
