I have not received any of my orders yet so cannot review the products at this point but that being said, Ferdz in customer service have been very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions in almost instant time via email. This is so unheard of these days. I am very optimistic I will love my new mattress, adjustable base, and bedding, as well as a new topper and cover for my guest room.

I’ve been extremely happy with my experience with Latex Mattress Co. The quality of the mattress is outstanding, and you can tell it’s built to last. I’ve owned latex mattresses before that lasted well over 10 years, and I expect this one will too.

My initial configuration felt a little too firm, but the customer service was exceptional. Ferdz was incredibly patient and helpful as we went back and forth discussing the best setup for my body type and sleep position. After swapping one of the layers, the mattress became perfect for me.

Allan provided me excellent customer service! I used the chat service to ask a question and Allan said he would need to consult the team. Not even one hour later I received an email from Allan with a positive response to my request of coordinating the delivery of two separate orders I made. I recently ordered a mattress and will update this review once I receive it. But in the meantime, I wanted to commend the excellent customer service I’ve received so far. Alan was very helpful over the phone when I placed my order and Irma was just as helpful online when I had to reschedule the delivery date. She also was extremely helpful when days after placing my order, I decided I wanted the thicker mattress. Even during a holiday weekend, she returned my call promptly and initiated the process. She reached out after the holiday to let me know the warehouse was working on my new request. I truly appreciate the proactive customer service. It’s a rarity these days and it’s wonderful to interact with real people who are customer service-oriented and not have to wade through frustrating AI bots. So far, I’m impressed with this company!
