I needed to cancel an order on a Sunday and was so pleased to be able to able to speak to Irma who took care of this quickly for me. Also, I wasn't getting confirmation emails and Irma got those to me and was able to confirm my new order. This is our 3rd purchase from Plush Beds and we are very happy with the quality of the products and great people they hire to actually talk to their customers and take care of business! Thank you!

Initially I was having issues with the items and pricing in my cart that did not reflect a discount. It took a couple of days but between customer service and sales, including Alan, Chloe, and Ferde, the issue was resolved satisfactorily. I purchased a Botanical Bliss organic latex mattress and goose down pillow and can’t wait to receive them!

This review is for Plush beds Camarillo California the worst company I've ever bought a bed from,,,, I've bought many beds for my company people in my family , I paid almost $3,000 for this bed and it was hard as a rock even though they told me that was what I needed for my spine I explained the situation they said it was not hard, I tried to call them at least eight times no answer, I finally got a hold of somebody and he was from a different country did not speak well English and was very nasty I told him the bed was too hard he said you have to take another mattress topper from us and put it underneath the zipper part and that's going to cost you another $99 even though I paid almost $3,000 and waited six and a half weeks to get the bed, then I said suppose that doesn't work well then you have to pay us $149 to come get it you're going to get your reimbursement minus $149 he was extremely nasty very rude I will never buy from this company again I will never recommend this company to anybody again they're a scam company everything is money they could care less about the customer beware of plush beds .... Irma was the Plushbeds representative I talked to about several concerns I had. Irma was very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Irma was easy to understand and for older folks that is always a plus! Irma handled both concerns promptly and efficiently. Thank you Plushbeds for Irma and a satisfying resolution to my concerns.

Ferdz Garcia was terrific. He was polite, had all the answers to my questions at his finger tips and was right on target. I would say that speaking with him raised my probability of going ahead with the purchasce we discussed went from 50% to 99%.

Plushbeds makes quality mattresses, and has great customer service. After ordering I recieved an email from customer service letting me know they are there to help with anything. I did have an issue where I received the wrong size sheets and covers, but a quick email and they resolved my issue quickly. Great company to deal with!

I have been looking at their products for a month now and decided I'm ready to make the purchase. I chatted with MIKE this evening and had a great experience! MIKE was very helpful and solution focused. MIKE was able to overcome my challenges I was having on the website to place my order. I also asked MIKE for his advice on the different adjustable bases and he gave me the answer I was hoping for! I recently had foot surgery and couldn’t open my boxes (bed) until months after it had been delivered, being Non-weight bearing by Doctors orders. When finally examining the contents of the boxes, I discovered I had been sent a wrong part, contacted the company by email (Irma responded) and they are sending the correct part to me. I’m grateful

I recently bought my mom a Plushbeds mattress. At first, I was hesitant since I wanted her to see and try it herself, especially given the price and the fact that I’m away from her. However, she reassured me after speaking with their representative, Allan, who clearly explained the return policy.

I checked in with her today, and she’s very happy with the purchase. She feels she got the right mattress, and knowing she’s sleeping comfortably gives me real peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this brand for both its quality product and customer support.

Ferdz from Plush Beds DESERVES A RAISE! He was so kind and patient and explained everything very well and he helped me get a different layer ordered for my mattress after a previous rep misled me with pretty much all the information when I was making decisions about our mattress. We are looking forward to trying this different latex layer and hope it will be what we need. Thank you Ferdz for all your help. (I’ll say it again Ferdz deserves a raise in pay! Aside from the amazing Ferdz our bed is currently too soft, much too soft. But I appreciate the quality materials of it we have been sleeping on it for a little over a month I think and I am hopeful that this layer change will help. I appreciate that the company has a year long trial period and offers a one time FREE latex layer exchange.

I spoke with Allan from the customer service and he was really fast, kind and responded to all my questions. In general I have no problem with their product and their customer service, the only thing is that it was over a month to receive the products.

It can be challenging to make an online decision about a purchase, but Mike made it easy. He was a good listener and gave me clear answers. I ordered a low profile foundation because I'm looking for a 20" total bed height and this foundation will be perfect. Mike explained that the foundation had extra support underneath that is not visible in the pictures. I'm looking forward to receiving this healthy and attractive foundation.
