ordered a toy which was out of stock but caroline search around and found the toy i wanted rang me up to ask if i still wanted it and yes was the answer. then she went and got me two of them and sent them off to me. I can not praise this company enough went out of her way for me to get the toy. I have never had such an amazing experience with any company before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pluspets as the service is outstanding. I could sit here all day praising them they are that good. Thankyou to Caroline who is an amazing lady who is clearly cares about animals. No one can ever fault them in my personal view

Last Thursday, I noted with horror that I’d missed the 2pm cutoff time to order food for my cats for next-day delivery.

Given the next day was Friday and the last chance to get a delivery before the weekend, I called PlusPets and Caroline answered promptly and organised a late shipment immediately.

She’s a lovely person too, and a pleasure to speak to. As always, the food arrived the next day and was delivered by the excellent DPD. No dreadful Royal Mail chaos, and you will get up-to-date delivery tracking that allows you to get on with your day.

Caroline even made sure there was a free Curly Wurly in the box for me!
