My business has been using Pocket for the past 9 years. They have been a consistent and valuable reason why we have been able to scale the company in the way we have as we have never needed to worry about missing calls, recruiting and managing telephone answering resources, or the cost of installing a phone system.

We've had some small hiccups along the way, but they have always been resolved by their account management team quickly and efficiently.

All in all, Pocket have demonstrated themselves to provide a professional and cost effective service that I would gladly recommend to others.

Endless Spammers.

I get emails from them bi-weekly, and every single time, it's a variant on a domain name.

Every week, a new domain. We keep blocking them, but as they keep changing, it's like playing whack-a-mole.

I never signed up for this.

1st class service with a brilliant and friendly team

Being working with these guys for a few years now they have absolutely nailed it stopped those nuisance calls, deal with prospective clients giving us a great proffesional image and whats really exciting is that they have grown and understand our business model, giving further reauurances to our clients when asking questions they dealing with a credible company

We have found using pocket receptionist for the last few years essential for our business to be able to continue to grow. We are able to focus on other areas within our business and get back to customers later in the day.

Spammers.

Keep changing their email address to get round being blocked.

I've been emailed by addresses with the following suffixes: pocketreceptionist-mail, pocketreceptionist-email, pocketreceptionist-news & pocketreceptionist-updates. So despite unsubscribing and blocking, I keep getting spammed by them.

The only reason you would keep creating new email suffixes is the get around blocking so you can continue spamming. Would hope that this kind of behaviour is outlawed under GDPR regulations

I have used these guys to help out with answering calls when i can't so I don't miss anything important
