Same as everyone else. Order went through, email confirmation received but today I just had a gut feeling something was off. Checked my order status and saw it was cancelled. Like the rest, no email notification that it was cancelled but concerned as my card details were put in and my personal data. I have now changed the card and would advise if you buy from this site change them too!

Ordered goods but was wondering why payment was never taken from my bank. I left it a few days then looked at my order, it had been cancelled with no email or anything to let me know !
I emailed the company TWICE but no reply.
Will never use this company again as they are NOT reliable so beware if thinking of ordering from this company!

I can now breathe easy thanks to your services which are so much better than my own GP who will prescribe methadone to an addict sooner than it will prescribe a blue inhaler to an asthmatic. Ordered some TCP and it didn't arrive. After 19 days, I phoned the number on the website and got the "no such number" message. I emailed them and they said that they could no longer obtain the product. They could have told me this nearly three weeks ago. They had not however taken my money. Just wasted my time.

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR WASTING PEOPLES TIME, ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE 100% CORRECT.

Scam company. Took my money and 2 weeks later still no order received. Number on the website does not work. Bad scam company avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE, it’s a scam to get your card details, no order received and a week later I received a call from a guy pretending to be from my card company, ( I’d only used my card once for this purchase so definitely them) they tried to get me to approve a £1200 fee on my banking app) guy on the phone was not very convincing ) CANCEL YOUR IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED

My order was cancelled without any notification, and when I chased it up, I got this back:

"We would like to inform you that your recent order has been cancelled. This is because our partner pharmacies are currently not processing any order requests within the UK."

Note that I wasn't charged, but I'd gone to the trouble of creating an account, and given them my card details and address, which is a data protection concern.

Same as others, order placed, cancelled without reason, now I wonder what they're doing with the information which I gave to them, who it's being sold to..

Terrible company, unable to contact through phone or email. Paid for product, which never turned up, but they took my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
SCAM ALERT!

I made an order, immediately received an email saying it was being processed but was confused as the payment had not come out of my bank account. Three days later I have logged onto my account and it says the order has been cancelled. I've had no correspondence, no explanation. I had my doubts when I read other reviews. Now I am sure I will never use this company again. Do not trust them, especially with any medication you may need.

Fraudulent activity

They take your card and details and do not send the product then email you to make an excuse to why now they have all my details avoid don’t be scammed by these people

Do not order from here, the company may or may not exist. Ordered and have been told order is completed, have not received order and paid for next day delivery, currently 6 days later. Customer service is a made up number, every time you call a different automated message plays, email will not respond

Placed an order on the 20th March and received a confirmation email that delivery would be 5 to 6 days. No update on the 1st April so logged in to check my order and found it had been cancelled with no notification. I reached out to their customer service team who explained none of their UK pharmacies were fulfilling their orders at the moment which isn't very confidence inspiring. I was told I would have received an email potentially in my spam. There is no email from them in any of my folders including my spam or junk so this is clearly a lie. Now I need to find medication quickly before my existing supply runs our causing me stress costing me more money. Avoid this company.

Placed an order. Received an email thanking us and advising that order was being processed. Only by checking order status through their web site a few days later did we find out that it had been cancelled. No explanation; no email.

If I could give no stars I would, terrible service, cancelled important medication without reason, took payment though and took over 7 days to refund, after me having to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

total scam! ordered online a month ago and added a 24 hour delivery and still have not received my order. their customer service number does not exist either!

After reading the reviews I was very annoyed at myself for ordering and I thought it was scam, no email confirmation and took 3 days for the money to come out so I thought I’d never see the items, but to my shock the items arrived on time. Wouldn’t order again after seeing everyone else’s negative experience though. Seems dodgy overall.

Wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering, ordered prescription toothpaste on 3rd Jan and no sign of it. Tel no. on website does not exist, starting a dispute claim through my bank.
