Don't know if they are a scam or the worst customer service ever! Waiting on a withdrawal but only received part of it! Still waiting on the rest, everytime emailed them no response, no reply, on their website they don't have live chat, only automated bots which is abit dodgy to me. It seems like they are just ignoring me, tried to log in and they just froze my account! Never use them!

I didnt need them to open the account so not sure what photo i d will prove now

Das ist eine miese abzocke man gewinnt nie und der kundendienst ist nicht erreichbar nicht mal über die mail bekommt man antworten es ist eine faik seite das nur geld will bis heute mehrere hundert euros einbezahlt und noch nieeeeee was gewonnen wollen die hier nur abzocken? Über 10 mails geschrieben noch keine einzige antwort erhalten und jeden tag die gleiche ausrede wegen hoher anfragen und so weiter soll man mail schreiben aber seit über 10 tagen immer hoher anfragen? Wollen die nur verarschen ?
