I made my account few days ago ,they gave me 50 free spins ,I won 9£ and I carry on playing with the 9£ winning another 9.5£ making a windrawal of 18.5£ but next day they closed my account without receiving my windrawal

I created my account 3 days later I made a MuchBetter deposit of $ 20 the next day a deposit of $ 846 by neosurf after my earnings of $ 1116 my account was blocked for verification, they asked me to provide the coupons I used to top up my account thing I sent immediately two days after my account still blocked I then sent an email to complain they tell me my account is still on investigation they can request to a third party! I was amazed i asked what i had done wrong i just reloaded my account and i played and won so why i suffered its right after a reload! For a week now they have stopped responding to my e-mails and I still do not have my money! I'm really disappointed that they are blocking players' money for nothing! Two weeks for an audit yet I provided everything they asked me! Avoid this casino

Downloaded today for 1st time. My account was closed after I ask for initial bonus as apparently I had account since 2017. I never registered myself with them before and seems they possed my data for almost 4 years without my consent. Strong warning!

I like to play poker and have made a lot of money from pokerstars, but even thats hard now given the ridiculous rakeback. The casino is a joke. It takes money so fast and basically seems impossible to win compared to other casinos. The RTP must be rigged I don't see how for example it can take £300 on 50 bets on a game like tome of madness in an hour with no wins! Crazy.

Terrible casino, most decent casinos nowadays will not let you deposit until you have been verified but not these clowns, they let you deposit and then just as you start playing freeze your account so your funds are stuck with them as they take as long as they want to verify you...STAY CLEAR PEOPLE!!!!!!

I’m so disappointed. Pokerstars is where I have played poker for years. I won some big money years ago and they paid fine.

I’ve been playing fine however occasionally fancy playing some slots. My entire balance was demolished by the slots, bonuses never win more than your net deposits. Your 20p stakes return 50-100x your higher stakes always below 75x etc etc

Just save your self the hassle and don’t play here. You’ll chase your money for the rest of your life. Doesn’t matter how big or small your bank balance. They will just keep taking!

This is truly one of the worst gaming sites I have ever encountered. They took my third deposit but then decided, before I got to play, that they wanted all of my documents. Could they not have done this before accepting the deposit. There was then four days of sending the documents and them finding every excuse they could to find fault but when challenged then said all was fine and restrictions were lifted - especially after I said I would get my bank to do a charge back for the last deposit which was sitting as an untouched credit in my account. They emailed me to say restrictions were lifted. They were not. After four unanswered emails, I then spoke to them via live chat which was not easy to find. They removed the restriction and when asked why it had not been done, they replied that they do not know but did apologise. I though with them advertising on TV they would be a more professional outfit, I was so wrong. Avoid like the plague!!

Have been playing here for years but lately within the past few months can't win a thing.
Now they temporarily restrict my account unless I send them 3 months bank statements.
Time to close my account and find a better site.
