I started Pole in February 2025, just before my 50th birthday, because I wanted to build strength and confidence in my aging body. I quickly fell in love with Pole and eventually purchased a pole for my home.

At first, I struggled to practice at home because most of the videos I found online didn’t break down the moves enough for a beginner. I joined PPA’s Gold Program in April 2026 with the goal of learning to invert, and the one-on-one video feedback was amazing. It gave me the guidance I needed to build strength and improve my technique.

Then I joined UPP in July 2026, and it was a complete game changer! Having structured, beginner-friendly videos gave me the confidence to actually use my home pole and practice consistently.

Since joining PPA, I’ve gained so much strength and confidence. I genuinely look forward to sending in my videos and getting feedback on how I can improve. I’m so grateful to have found a program that meets me where I am and helps me progress at my own pace.

I highly recommend PPA to anyone who wants to learn Pole, especially if you’re a beginner or starting later in life. It has made such a positive difference in my Pole journey!

I do the UPP program and it’s honestly the best thing ever! I’ve tried to get into online pole for years to practice with my home pole but after trying several online platforms I was getting nowhere and always plateauing because there was zero structure and zero conditioning. UPP was exactly what I needed to grow as a pole dancer. They lay out a plan for you all the way and include everything you could think of. Kelly is honestly so brilliant with the moves she comes up with to prepare you for the more advanced variations. The coaching and the Facebook group is so motivational that it’s easy to stay consistent :). I wish I found this platform a lot sooner

I wanted to buy some training cards but wasn’t sure where to start. These cards are great! Nice and big so clear to see from the floor when putting together routines. Clear instructions and great for pole training games. Super quick delivery and fab service and follow up. Thank you!

I purchased the "off the pole tricks" course to help me recover from an injured shoulder that led to surgery. I love the fact that they form the exercises based on the pole move that requires those muscles to be involved. Now i know that if i want to target to an "x" trick, i need to strengthen the "y" muscles. I paid for what i expected to be, after asking them their advice which was given promptly and willingfully.

I found Pole Power Academy on Instagram, I found their reels very informative, inspiring and very beneficial for my aerial and pole journey going forward. I had Kelly reach out to me in such a positive way, no hard up selling, just connection to get me thinking about my goals and how I am doing. In time I decided to purchase the digital downloadable Conditioning book. This booklet lives on my kindle for easy of access, I take it to my practice days at my studio. I love all the warm ups and cool downs it offers and workouts I can do with and without a pole! If you are struggling to find a routine you can do anywhere, this is for you!

I’ve found the Pole Conditioning manual really useful. It gave me a great starting point for creating three personalised workout routines focusing on arms, legs and abs, using the exercises and guidance provided in the manual.

I’ve been practising pole dancing as a self-taught beginner for just two weeks, and thanks to these manuals I’m already managing to learn and practise my first pole moves, including the front hook, fireman, secretary and pole sit.

The explanations are clear and practical, and I really appreciate having a structured resource to guide my training. Definitely a great help for anyone who is starting out and wants to build strength and confidence alongside learning pole tricks!

Came across pole power academy a few years ago on YouTube. I attend classes as i was unsure on learning pole via the Internet.
Only recently have I bought a couple of her pdf books. Best thing I have ever bought. so easy to follow and understand.

I had a really positive experience with this program. I have been going to studio classes for 2 years before I joined this program and I can really see the difference. The program is well structured and the coach really helps you, gives you personalized feedback on what to on, they really check that you are doing stuff correctly, which rarely happens in studio classes with so many people. You don't move forward until you master the move, there is no jumping around, you build the strength necessary to do moves first... I can't say anything bad about it and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that is struggling to see progress.

I was hesitant to sign up for a year long contract having only been exposed to the program via the PPA books. Then they offered the 30 day trial for $1.50 and I jumped on it. I am so glad I did!! I am an experienced aerialist having taught pole sport, Lyra, and silks in the past, and I can’t believe how impressed I am with the platform. It is unbelievably organized and simple to follow. And beyond that, the tutorials are broken down into simple steps, and the cues given are very helpful. I had lost my love for all things aerial and have tried MANY online programs trying to get the spark back. This program got me back on track, training hard and with direction and purpose, and I’m actually excited to train again! Customer service is also amazing. I offered some feedback and my email was responded to personally! I would absolutely recommend this program to everyone; veterans of aerial who want to brush up on their skills, or newbies who are just starting out and want to progress safely. I believe this program has so much to offer and would be of great value to anyone searching for a home program to follow. Great job Pole Power Academy!

I've been learning pole for a good 18 months now. Started learning with in-person classes through a different company and realised when I bought my own pole that I wanted to do more conditioning and have accurate constructive feedback. I joined PPA around a year ago on their gold membership and never looked back - clear training, easy to understand videos and I adored the personalised feedback I got when I needed it.

I realised that in person classes were not for me anymore, I felt I had no structure and would feel pressured to learn advance moves when I couldn't even do a beginner move like the 'skater pose'.

After speaking with Kelly and her amazing team, I decided to join UPP which offers a more structured approach.

The classes are split over 3 x a week and consists of learning new moves and conditioning for those moves. After each lesson, I will send a video in for coaching and I am given clear, accurate advice on my moves (you can do the classes in your own time each week too).

The community on Facebook is just amazing, everyone is encouraging and wishing you the best in your journey - this makes it more fun and you feel more empowered.

There Is also a nice little perk with PPA / UPP. For every week you complete your training, you gain points which you can redeem for goodies. This can be anything from training books, planners, posters, donation to charity all the way through to individual 121 lessons.

I will never go back to learning any other way, I spent 18 months going to in-person classes and yet I've been doing UPP for nearly 8 weeks now and I am stronger, more confident and have a community to back me.

Don't think about joining, just do it - best decision and investment you will make :).

Ordering all the set of books was the best thing I could do. I was absolutely amazed at how detailed they are, at their quality and value for the pole fans like me. Definitely I recommend to everyone who is serious about pole fitness. It is a must!

Very detailed practice for beginners or someone who knows basics like me but want to find material on one place to work on its own. Warmups, strechings, pole lessons, and exotic combos,it has everything I need for my pole journey. Thank you and your team for making it for us🫶

UPP kept me motivated and with the personalised feedback, it is very useful. Sometime simple little tips could change the outcome completely.

I absolutely love this app! It has everything you could possibly want to help your pole journey. I follow UPP and it’s honestly amazing. Very easy to follow, good clear instructions, the chance to progress at your own pace. Also, whilst I’m away I use the strong/flexi off the pole sessions which are amazing too. Highly recommend. There is a great Facebook community (not that I’ve posted anything yet!). It’s just lovely be a part of everyone’s journey. There is also a WhatsApp group for silly questions and advice. Absolutely fab!!

This is the Pole book of my dreams! The way it is put together, works perfectly for learning. It’s simple and straightforward, and the clear photos are so very helpful! The way they kept it so informative, yet so simple was absolutely genius. You really could not ask for more. Worth every penny!(arguably, worth far far more!)
